| Since the straddle-type monorail vehicle was put into operation in Chongqing,the running wheel tires have experienced serious partial wear.In response to this problem,this article thoroughly considers the spatial coupling effect of the steering wheel,the stabilizer wheel and the bogie on the wear of the running wheel’s tires.Applying the concept of VPG technology,through the combination of finite element method and experiment,relevant researches are carried out on the influence factors and control methods of monorail vehicle running wheel tire wear in the VPG environment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The finite element model of the multi-wheel train monorail bogie system under the VPG environment is established.The finite element model of the running tire under the VPG environment was established using ABAQUS,and the accuracy of the model was verified by the three-dimensional stiffness test results of the running wheel tire.Taking the sum of friction work and the value of friction work skewness as the evaluation indexes of wear and partial wear,the partial wear model of running tires is established.(2)Carry out the wheel-rail coupling force analysis of straddle monorail vehicles in the VPG environment.The modal analysis of the running tire was carried out,and the relationship between the modal characteristics of the tire and eccentric wear was analyzed.Based on the VPG environment,the relationship between the tire wear and partial wear of the running tire under the combined conditions of free rolling,side slip,roll and curve and the working condition parameters is analyzed.Research results show that increasing the slip rate will increase tire wear,but the size of the slip rate has almost no effect on the partial wear of the tire.And increasing sideslip angle and roll angle will aggravate running tire wear and partial wear.When the running tire is in the compound working condition of the curve,the smaller the radius of the curve,the greater the cornering speed,and the more severe the wear and partial wear of the running tire.(3)Carry out research on the influence parameters and influence laws of eccentric wear of running tires under the VPG environment.Using friction work and friction work skewness values as evaluation indicators for wear and partial wear,the influence of the structural parameters of the running wheel tire on the wear and partial wear of the running tire is analyzed;Such as belt cord angle,cord wire spacing and wire diameter.The influence of external parameters such as the radial stiffness of the horizontal wheel,the center distance between the left and right tires and the tire inflation pressure on the sum of friction work of running tires and the value of friction work skewness are studied.The research results show that as the tire inflation pressure increases,the total tread friction work and the skewness value are greatly reduced.Increasing the tire inflation pressure can effectively improve the overall wear and partial wear of the running tire.The total friction work of running tires increases with the increase of the tire center distance,while the value of tread friction work does not change significantly with the increase of center distance.The partial wear state of the tread is severe due to the substantial increase in the sum of frictional work.Increasing the stiffness of the horizontal wheel will increase the wear performance and partial wear performance of the front left and rear left tires of the running wheel.The diameter,spacing and angle of each belt cord of the running tire have a great influence on the wear performance and partial wear performance of the running tire.(4)The study on the eccentric wear control of the running wheel tires under the VPG environment was carried out.Use friction work and friction work skewness values as wear and partial wear as optimization indicators.Taking the improved genetic algorithm as the optimization method.The structural parameters of the running wheel tires are used as optimization variables,such as belt cord angle parameters,cord wire spacing parameters,wire diameter parameters,and inflation pressure.With Mode FRONTIER as the optimization platform.Using finite element integrated calculation mode.Carried out the research on the method of controlling the partial wear of the running wheel tire.The research results show that the optimization of the tire inflation of the running wheels of monorail vehicles can greatly improve the wear and partial wear of the running tires.When the running wheel tire inflation pressure is1.048 MPa,the running wheel wear performance is increased by 10.865%,and the partial wear performance is increased by 8.024%.The optimization of the structural parameters of each belt cord of the walking tire can improve its wear and partial wear.After optimizing the belt cord,the wear performance of the running wheel tire was increased by 2.025%,and the partial wear performance was increased by 2.331%. |
