The practice of Straddle-Type Monorail vehicle operation in Chongqing shows that partial wear of running tire is serious.For this problem,an evaluation model of partial wear was built with total friction work and the skewness of it.Running tire uneven wear,influence factors and influence rules was studied using numerical method.In the end,the parameters of the vehicle and track beam were optimized based on decreasing running tire partial wear.(1)Running tire finite element model was built by using ABAQUS,and its validity was verified.Partial wear model was built by using the sum of friction work and its skewness which were used as the evaluation index of wear and partial wear.Running tire model was built by using magic formula which parameters were identified by the method of combination ADAMS Fitting Tool module and genetic algorithm.In the end,a quick calculation model for the study was built by using modeFRONTIER.(2)Running tire partial wear was analyzed at every working condition.The relationship between working condition parameters and partial wear was studied.The results show that the slip ratio will increase the wear of running tire,the sideslip angle and roll angle will increase the wear and partial wear of running tire and partial wear is serious when the tire is in compound condition of the curve.(3)Running tire partial wear factors of vehicle parameters,track beam parameters and cornering speed were proposed,and the relationship between them was analyzed.The results show that the distance between stabilizer wheel center and rail surface,the stiffness of air spring,the vertical stiffness of guide tire and curve radius are negative correlation factors.Wheelbase of bogie front and rear axle,the distance between guide wheel center and rail surface and cornering speed are positive correlation factors.The horizontal distance between guide wheel center and the bogie center exist an optimum value for minimum partial wear.The running surface with left concave and right convex makes partial wear the least.(4)the sensitivity of partial wear was analyzed.The results show that the horizontal distance between guide wheel center and the bogie center and the distance between guide wheel center and rail surface are the largest influence factors of partial wear.The distance between stabilizer wheel center and rail surfac,vertical stiffness of guide tire and cornering speed make the second place.The height of concave and convex surfaces has little influence on the wear and a great influence on the partial wear.The curve has little influence on partial wear and a great influence on the wear.(5)The parameters of the vehicle and track beam were optimized based on decreasing running tire partial wear.The results show that the optimization of monorail vehicle can improve the wear and partial wear.The optimization of concave and convex height can further improve the wear and partial wear.
