Study On Synergetic Degree Of Port Service Supply Chain In The Upper Reaches Of Yangtze River

With the deepening development of economic globalization,the competition among ports is gradually changing from the competition among port enterprises to the competition among port service supply chains.However,the competitive development mode of port service supply chain has caused problems such as unreasonable resource allocation and industrial chain fracture in the process of port development,which has brought negative impact on the development of port service supply chain.In order to better solve the above problems,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to conduct in-depth research on the cooperative development of port service supply chain.First of all,after summarizing the existing research results on service supply chain,port service supply chain,port collaboration and supply chain collaboration at home and abroad,this paper defines the connotation of port service supply chain collaboration,analyzes the characteristics of port service supply chain,and puts forward the collaborative goal of port service supply chain in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The structure model of port service supply chain in the upper reaches of Yangtze River is constructed.Then,from the port infrastructure,the scale of port logistics,hinterland economy condition,lingang industrial conditions,sustainable development,building the coordination degree between the port and port evaluation index system,at the same time,the coordinated from coordinated logistics coordination,cash flow,information flow,the respect such as operation flow together to build the headwaters of the Yangtze river port service supply chain coordination degree evaluation index system;Finally,the measurement model of port service supply chain synergy degree and the measurement model of inter-port synergy degree are respectively constructed and calculated by using synergetic theory.The results show that during 2015-2018,the synergies between Chongqing port service supply chain and Luzhou port service supply chain in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River are both low,the highest in 2017 and the lowest in 2016,and they have been in a state of mild synergies.From 2012 to 2017,the synergistic degree between Chongqing Port and Luzhou Port on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River showed a trend of steady growth,and then declined in 2018,remaining in a state of mild synergistic degree.
