They are the security systems, the information network system, the real estate management system. Developmenting the intelligent residence zone involving various contentses, is the part of city developments, and belong to a work for very sophisticating.This paper is propounded a mathematical model and an example of intelligent building evolution by multiple attribute decision-making. In this decision making situation where there is difficulty in accurately deter -mining various factor weights and evaluations, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) can be used. According to the analysis of questionnaire by the professionals, we clarified the priority of the best intelligent residence zone indicator. As well as, it will be an honor as we expect to provide this study to be part of reference materials for the relatie land agents to planify it.
