| With the rapid development of urban construction in my country,the number of urban motor vehicles continues to grow,causing traffic congestion,air pollution,and energy consumption to become increasingly serious.In order to fundamentally solve a series of problems in the process of urban transportation development,we have jumped out of the thinking of temporarily solving the surface traffic congestion problem in some areas through new construction and widening of roads,and the concept of giving priority to the development of public transportation with large passenger capacity,low carbon and environmental protection,and low travel costs came into being.As a result,major cities have studied or implemented a large number of public transportation priority policies and measures to guide people to transfer to public transportation.Among many policies and measures,bus priority lane are widely used due to their advantages such as quick results and simple implementation.Giving full play to the advantages of bus priority lane,improving the utilization of urban road resources,and reducing the commuting time of urban residents is a major issue for the sustainable development of bus priority lane in my country.A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the overall traffic operation benefits of the bus priority lane will help to fully grasp the improvement effect of the opening of the bus priority lane on the traffic operation,and will help reveal the advantages and weaknesses of the bus priority lane in the implementation and development of the city,and can provide decision-making basis for the urban traffic supervision department to formulate the implementation and improvement and optimization plan of the bus priority lane.In accordance with the ideas of selecting and screening transportation benefit evaluation indexes of public bus priority lane,determining the index weights,constructing comprehensive evaluation models and verifying research examples,this paper establishes an evaluation index system that considers the comprehensive transportation benefits of buses and cars.Gives the method and calculation formula of using traffic big data to obtain the basic parameter data of the bus priority lane.Put forward the idea of screening indicators based on the correlation between indicators to improve the reliability of evaluation results and simplify the indicator system.A method based on the matter-element extension model to evaluate the traffic benefit grades of bus priority lane is proposed,and it is used to evaluate the traffic benefit grades of some typical bus priority lanes in the main urban area of Chongqing.And the reasons leading to the difference in evaluation grades between bus priority lanes have been analyzed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduction and preprocessing of multi-source traffic big data.Analyze traffic big data such as RFID,bus GPS,taxi GPS,etc.,and expound the detection principle and data characteristics.For the problems of redundancy and useless information in the above data,the detailed steps of preprocessing such as data deduplication and target data extraction are proposed to obtain effective and concise basic data.(2)Preliminary selection of traffic benefit evaluation indicators for bus priority lane.On the basis of consulting and interpreting relevant research literature on the benefit evaluation of bus priority lane,and analyzing the current status of bus priority lane operation in the main urban area of Chongqing,the overall traffic benefit evaluation of the bus priority lane is determined as the research purpose.Comprehensively consider the transportation benefits of buses and cars,and initially determine a comprehensive and objective evaluation index system.The meaning of each index is elaborated in detail,and the method and calculation formula for obtaining sample data of primary evaluation index using RFID,bus GPS,taxi GPS and other traffic big data are given.(3)Evaluation index screening.Considering that there may be a certain relevance between the primary selected indicators,the grey relational analysis is used to calculate the relevance between the indicators,and the indicators are clustered based on the maximum gray relevance to obtain the index classification results under the critical values of the relevance degrees.The statistical method is used to determine the reasonable classification of the indicators,and the indicators in the same category that have a higher degree of correlation with the other indicators are removed to simplify the evaluation index system and improve the reliability of evaluation results.(4)Evaluation index weight determination and priority lane traffic benefit grade evaluation.Put forward the idea of combining subjective and objective to determine the index weight,calculate the subjective weight of the index with the Delphi method,calculate the objective weight of the index with the grey relational analysis,and use the comprehensive integrated weighting method of target optimization to calculate the importance coefficient of the subjective and objective weights,thus obtaining the comprehensive weight of the indicator.Then,the matter-element extension model is introduced to evaluate the traffic benefit grade of the bus priority lane.(5)Instance verification.Select some of the bus priority lanes in the main urban area of Chongqing that operate stably,first use RFID,bus GPS,taxi GPS and other data to obtain indicator sample data.Then,according to the indicator screening method,remove some indicators with higher correlation to form the final evaluation index system.Based on the Delphi method and the grey relational analysis respectively determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators,and then determine the comprehensive weights of the indicators according to the comprehensive integrated weighting method.Finally,according to the sample data situation and relevant norms and standards,the index value level range is divided,and the matter-element extension model is used to calculate the nearness degree of the bus priority lane and each evaluation level,and the comprehensive evaluation level of the traffic benefit of the bus priority lane is obtained based on the principle of maximum nearness degree.And analyze the reasons for the differences in the traffic benefit levels of the bus priority lanes,which can provide support for revealing the advantages and weaknesses in the implementation and development of bus priority lanes. |
