Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,more and more people are pouring into the cities.Various residential areas are springing up,and the real estate market is developing rapidly.Especially in recent years,with the rise of new Chinese.residential.area.style,many problems are emerging,such as duplication and similarity,lack of individuality and so on.Old residential areas are also facing problems,such as renovation and upgrading.At the same time,with the development of economy and society,the material living standard has made significant progress and improvement,and it brings a higher demand for the quality of residential life.Therefore,the creation of the landscape artistic conception of the new Chinese.residential.area.style has become a research hotspot in the academic field.This article mainly discusses the optimization method of the new Chinese-style residential area landscape creation from the perspective of the site environment,and then summarizes the mode of the residential area’s artistic conception creation。 The purpose is to guide the designer to create the landscape environment of the new Chinese-style residential area,and promote the new Chinese-style residential area to gradually change from The transition from "reference type" to "quality creation type" promotes the inheritance and application of the essence of classical garden artistic conception,and help people obtain a more beautified and comfortable landscape space experience.Through theoretical analysis and practical case study,based on the current development direction of the city and the development status of new Chinese.residential.area.style design and its existing problems,this paper explores the development trend of residential area,studies the relationship between the site environment and the elements of residential landscape artistic conception,summarizes the influence factors of the site environment on the artistic conception,and extracts the main influence factors,such as culture,landscape,plants,etc..In addition,through the research and analysis of the principle of artistic conception construction,this paper uses Kano model to verify the feasibility of the design principle,summarizes the primary and secondary relationship between the main elements under the index system,grasps the main contradictions between the main elements,such as how to apply the regional culture in the artistic conception construction,how to combine the main space to achieve richness,and more but not chaos,and so on,put forward the idea of artistic conception construction Optimize the method,in order to explore the artistic conception of the construction method.And it will be applied in practice.
