Increasing traffic congestion and environmental problems have put more pressure on cities and hindered their further development.At the same time,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have decided to establish a national-level new district in Hebei Xiong’an New District.However,when residents travel more scattered and the scale of trips is small,setting up traditional buses will result in a waste of economy and resources,and not setting up bus lines will cause residents’ private homes.The increase in the scale of vehicles is contrary to the green transportation policy,so it is necessary to develop demand-responsive buses to improve the urban public transportation network.This paper conducts research on demand-responsive buses,and explores the necessity of demandresponsive buses from actual operating conditions.According to the demand-response bus operation data of Xiong’an New Area,it analyzes the characteristics of passenger travel distribution,and provides specific decision-making and theoretical research basis for bus operation companies and traffic decision-makers.Finally,a demand response bus ride-sharing matching model is established based on the plug-in ant colony algorithm.The algorithm takes the system running time and the system ride-sharing effect as the goal,and takes the passenger soft time window,bus passenger capacity,and vehicle running time as constraints.,Realtime planning of passengers’ travel routes and ride-sharing situation.Finally,according to the results of the model operation,the effect of the algorithm on the ride-sharing and the influence of the change of flexible time and the change of the passenger capacity of the bus on the ride-sharing are studied.Research shows that demand-responsive buses can bear a traffic sharing rate of 8.3%-12%.At the same time,the comfort,speed,and economy of the bus perform well,and there is more room for development.At the same time,by analyzing the characteristics of passenger travel distribution,it provides bus operators with quantitative bus system improvement measures,refined bus management and policy formulation.The ridesharing effect and system running time of the finally established model are significantly improved compared to the actual situation.By changing the model parameters,the research results show that the current vehicle capacity and the number of passengers can better meet the passenger needs of the system,and there is no need to change the vehicle model.On weekends,the flexible time window of passengers can be appropriately increased to obtain more ride-sharing effects.
