In recent years,with the increasing degree of social modernization,people’s requirements for indoor thermal and humid environment and air quality in building have also increased.Building indoor thermal comfort and air quality are important index to measure the quality of indoor environment.They not only affect the work efficiency of indoor personnel,but also determine the physical health status.Window-opening is the simplest and most effective way to exchange indoor and outdoor environments.Researchers have found that scientific windowopening behavior can not only maximize the effect of circulation between environments,but also reduce the building energy consumption to a certain extent.The maximization of the effect of opening windows by indoor personnel is affected by multiple factors.The research on this behavior has broad exploration space on the theoretical level,and its research results also have great practical guidance for improving indoor air quality,building energy conservation,etc.In this paper,using the method of field measurement and questionnaire survey,13 different types of rooms in a comprehensive office building of a research institute in Xi’an area were selected as the research objects.The window status and indoor/outdoor environmental parameters of the rooms were measured for one year from September 9,2019 to August 31,2020,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the window-opening behavior of the people in this office building.Through the mathematical statistical analysis,the window-opening probability of indoor/outdoor environmental parameters and the voting proportion of subjective influencing factors were obtained,which provides data support for the subsequent analysis of the driving factors of window-opening behavior.Firstly,this paper analyzed the correlation between indoor/outdoor environmental parameters and window status in different seasons,and studied the correlation trend between single environmental parameter and window-opening probability of indoor personnel in different seasons.The results showed that the window-opening probability of indoor personnel varies greatly with indoor/outdoor environmental factors in different seasons.For example,under the influence of outdoor temperature,the window-opening probability increases with the increase of outdoor temperature in autumn and winter,while increases first and then decreases in spring and summer.The change trend of window-opening probability of different types of rooms affected by outdoor environmental factors is basically the same,but the indoor environment is different due to different room types,so that the change trend of windowopening probability affected by indoor environmental factors is different.Then,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,this paper explored the window-opening behavior habits of indoor personnel in office buildings from the subjective level.The results showed that the main purpose of window-opening in typical office buildings in Xi’an is to improve the indoor air quality,followed by the adjustment of indoor temperature and humidity.Finally,this paper used binary logistic regression model to analyze the main influencing factors of window-opening behavior in different seasons of the year,and established mathematical prediction models of window-opening behavior based on continuous variables and dummy variables respectively.In autumn,winter and spring,the outdoor temperature has the greatest impact on the window-opening behavior of typical office buildings in Xi’an area,while the indoor TVOC concentration has the greatest impact on the window-opening behavior in summer.Through the test of the model,it was found that the prediction accuracy of the binary logistic regression model based on dummy variables in different seasons of the year is 2.4%-4.5% higher than based on continuous variables,and the overall prediction accuracy of the whole year is increased by 3.6% on average.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance and application reference value for accurate office building energy consumption simulation and building energy efficiency research.
