With the rapid development of highway industry in China,there are more and more long tunnel projects.Due to the narrow space in the tunnel,the hot mix asphalt mixture construction temperature is high,emissions a lot of waste gas,smoke and dust,not only affect the surrounding environment and the health of the construction personnel,but also on the construction machinery performance and construction quality has caused a serious impact;The flammability of asphalt makes the tunnel asphalt pavement have a great fire hazard.To solve above problems,this paper,the technology application in the tunnel of asphalt pavement with flame retardant,improve tunnel is studied in asphalt pavement construction technology,quality control measures are put forward,and the evaluation of the benefit analysis method,in order to obtain good road performance and can reduce the pollution of the environment,protect the health and safety performance of high temperature flame retardant asphalt mixture.Firstly analyzed the factors affecting quality of asphalt pavement,warm mix agent flame retardant mechanism,this paper introduces the types of temperature,mixing agent,flame retardant,through three major index and viscosity of asphalt brinell test,limit oxygen index test and compared the performance of different temperature mixing agent,flame retardant,confirmed the better performance of temperature mixing agent,flame retardant agent type,the analysis of the flame retardant and fire retardant agents on the properties of temperature mixing flame retardant asphalt technology.Then,according to the characteristics of warm-mix flame retardant asphalt mixture,the mix ratio was designed,and the related performance indicators were tested by experiments to optimize the mix ratio,and the optimal mix amount of asphalt was obtained.In order to determine the optimal mixing amount of warm mix agent and flame retardant agent,this paper designed an orthogonal test and used range analysis method to study the performance changes of asphalt after mixing warm mix agent and flame retardant agent,and analyzed the changing trend of asphalt high and low temperature performance,viscosity and flame retardant performance with the increase of warm mix agent and flame retardant agent.Finally,the mixing and compaction temperatures of the warm-mix flame retardant asphalt mixture obtained with the recommended dosage should be 150℃~160℃ and 140℃~145℃.Secondly,according to the gradation,the best amount of asphalt and the recommended dosage of warm mixing agent and flame retardant agent,the Marschel specimen was prepared,and its high and low temperature performance,water stability,fatigue resistance performance were tested and analyzed.The results show that the asphalt mixture mixed with warm mixture and flame retardant can improve its low temperature performance,water damage resistance,and fatigue life,but the high temperature rutting resistance is weakened.It is found that the flame retardant agent can not only make the asphalt have good flame retardant performance,but also ensure that the asphalt mixture still has good road performance after burning.Finally,the construction technology and quality control technology of warm mixing and flame retardant asphalt mixture are described,the process principle and process characteristics of warm mixing and flame retardant asphalt mixture are analyzed,and the construction process flow and operation points of mixing,transportation,spreading and rolling of warm mixing and flame retardant asphalt mixture are summarized.The advantages of warm-mix flame retardant asphalt mixture are analyzed from the aspects of environment,economy,construction and social benefits.
