Restricted by factors such as water level changes,the influence of ship navigation,and construction technology requirements,many river-crossing bridges use small pontoons to join the foundation floating platform for construction,and even lift heavy objects and drill.The stability of the floating platform with small pontoon combined foundation is an important factor that affects the construction safety of bridges across the river.The existing technical research on the stability of the floating platform with the small pontoon combined base is mostly the initial stability calculation method.This method has large errors in calculating the stability of the floating platform and the technology is immature.Therefore,based on the stability equation definition method,the research on the stability of the small pontoon combined base floating platform has production and application significance.Based on the particularity of the floating gantry crane platform with the small pontoon combined base,this paper chooses the definition method to analyze and calculate the restoring moment of the floating gantry crane platform and draw the static stability curve,and analyze and obtain the tilting moment and wind pressure tilting moment of the lifting weight.Establish the functional relationship between the total tilt moment and the tilt angle.On this basis,the least square method is used to obtain the dynamic balance angle,and then the working limit of the floating gantry crane platform is proposed.The first chapter is the research background and significance of the paper,the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,the main research content and technical route.The second chapter mainly introduces the engineering general situation and related parameters of the floating gantry crane platform with small buoyancy box combined with base,which provides the foundation for the follow-up research.The third chapter mainly analyzes the change law of the center of buoyancy when the floating gantry crane platform with small buoyancy tank combined with base is heeling,analyzes and calculates the righting arm and righting moment of the platform based on the definition of stability equation,and finally draws the corresponding static stability curve.In chapter 4,heeling moment and wind pressure heeling moment are analyzed and calculated based on the definition method,and the function curve of total heeling moment with respect to heeling Angle is plotted.In chapter 5,based on the static stability curve and the function curve of the total tilting moment on the heeling Angle,the dynamic balance Angle of the platform’s heeling is obtained by the least square method,and the working limit of the platform is suggested through calculation and analysis.The sixth chapter summarizes the main work of the paper and puts forward the prospect of the next research work.The research results of this paper on the stability of floating gantry crane platform with small buoyancy box combined with base can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the stability calculation and working condition limitation of floating gantry crane platform for bridge over river. |
