With the fast development of marine industry,the tonnage of marine carrier is getting larger and larger.It does absolutely necessarily guarantee that with having a good anti-heeling system in running the ship,especially the port operation.Both of the Pneumatic anti-heeling device response speed and heeling compensation rate can achieve efficiency highly the purpose of anti-heeling.Because of blower work continuously,big water tank cross-section area,and heeling controllable air valve open-close quickly under the controllable of computer,so it can make lot of water-stream flow quickly,change direction and stop.The response speed and heeling compensation rate can adjust correctly the heeling of marine in time,make marine return to a balance state quickly.It's a so important step that marine pneumatic-style anti-heeling controllable system in anti-heeling device design.By the analysis of marine heeling motion accordingly to this article,getting conclusion of the system component and working principle,and introducing briefly every part.At the same time,design for the controllable system software flow,the main procedure of among this is that completing mainly marine controllable heeling state operation ability by itself.Because of anti-heeling device run mainly control system which is controlling kinds of system by PLC controller,so this article research on mainly PLC controllable course realize,the other component parts of this system just make simple introduction in this design.By programmable logic controller(PLC) and advanced controllable method coming to achieve anti-heeling controllable assignment,theoretical analysis and research on synchronous control of the control process.Design for PID controller of PLC coming to carry out consistency of marine pneumatic style anti-heeling device and port loading working,improve controllable precision.The marine pneumatic anti-heeling control system for dynamic analysis.The simulation results show that the system is effective and execute,which can adjust the heeling angle to the request scope,and get craft back to the right state.PID controller adjustment to satisfy with system adjustment precision highly,good system dynamic performance,fast response characteristics.
