| The urban public transportation system is one of the most effective ways to promote urban economic development,improve people’s living standards,and alleviate urban traffic congestion.Ground public transportation is an important part of the urban public transportation system and one of the most important travel modes for residents.Improving the operation efficiency of ground public transportation lines is an important means to reduce residents ’ public transit delays,increase the proportion of public transportation,and facilitate transfers.It is also an important means to improve public transportation.The important content of the traffic service level,discussing the evaluation method of the operation efficiency of the bus line is the theoretical and technical basis for improving the urban public traffic service level.In the era of big data,bus operation IC card data and GPS data provide the possibility to realize the scientific,objective and accurate evaluation of bus line operation efficiency.The research in this article has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this article expounds the current mode of generating big data on public transportation operations from the IC card and GPS data sources.This article introduces the data structure and data preprocessing method of IC card and GPS data in detail.This article uses Python programming to perform data preprocessing on the key field information of the IC card.In this paper,the Arc GIS geographic information system is used to judge the abnormal points of the GPS data,so as to analyze the effective data information of the urban ground public transportation line operation evaluation.Secondly,several commonly used methods of data mining are introduced.In this paper,the wide application of Fisher algorithm in passenger flow feature extraction is used to fit the optimal peak interval to solve the passenger flow period division,and use the passenger flow period division result under the bus data fusion processing.This paper combines Arc GIS geographic information system and systematic clustering method to calculate the situation of passengers getting on and off at the station.Then,this paper screens and calculates various evaluation indexes of urban ground public transportation line operation efficiency according to the construction principles and basis of evaluation indexes.This paper uses correlation analysis method and principal component analysis method to establish the evaluation index system of ground public transportation line operation efficiency based on IC card and GPS data.This paper builds an improved AHP-entropy method to evaluate the operating efficiency of public transportation lines based on the theory of operating efficiency of public transportation lines.This paper establishes the criterion-level weight matrix and the index-level judgment matrix according to the expert survey scores,and checks the consistency of the judgment matrix,so as to solve the weight vector based on the improved AHP method.This paper calculates the information entropy and the weight vector based on the entropy method for comprehensive evaluation based on the standardized evaluation index system.Based on the evaluation grade standard,this paper sets the optimal reference series to standardize the evaluation indicators,calculates the difference sequence and the correlation coefficient,and ranks the correlation degree,so as to analyze the degree of influence of each evaluation index on the operating efficiency of the bus line and analyze the ranking and analysis.Finally,the improved AHP-Entropy method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index to comprehensively evaluate the 125 bus lines in Chongqing and analyze the evaluation results longitudinally and vertically.This paper uses the gray correlation model to rank the degree of influence of various evaluation indicators on the operation efficiency of urban ground public transportation lines,and compares it with the comprehensive evaluation results,so as to put forward problems existing in public transportation operation and suggestions for improvement.Based on the big data of bus operation,this paper has studied and constructed the evaluation index system based on IC card and GPS data.The paper has showed the calculation method and application process based on IC card and GPS data improved the AHP-Entropy bus efficiency.The paper has improved the reliability of evaluation results,and improves the relevant theoretical methods of bus efficiency. |
