| In order to adapt to the development of urbanization and satisfy the high-efficiency travel life,urban underground rail transit is playing an increasingly important role in the comprehensive transportation system.Due to the increase in subway operation time,the structural bearing capacity and service performance of underground structures will gradually degrade under long-term action,which affects the operational safety and structural safety of the tunnel.Regular and long-term monitoring of tunnel information can better grasp the actual situation of tunnel diseases,and take targeted treatment measures to prevent the continuous development of existing diseases,and improve the structural safety,durability and operational safety of the tunnel.The subway tunnel evaluation method can systematically consider the complexity and relevance of tunnel diseases,and provide a systematic theoretical basis for the daily maintenance and defect management of the tunnel.The development of the tunnel health diagnosis system can integrate multi-line and multi-sector disease information,diagnose the diseases of existing line projects,propose corresponding treatment measures,and form a complete set of technical systems from daily maintenance,health diagnosis to disease remediation.Therefore,systematic subway tunnel evaluation methods and real-time diagnostic system development are becoming more and more important for the operation,maintenance and renovation of subway tunnels.Combined the operating status of the tunnel lining structure in multiple sections of the Beijing Metro and the testing and monitoring data of the operating tunnels.On the basis of existing tunnel health assessment studies,considering the characteristics of different construction methods of subway tunnels,a comprehensive evaluation method based on the cloud model is established.,And completed the development of the tunnel lining health diagnosis system.The main work and conclusions include:(1)Taking the lining’s diseases and the mutuality in account,selecting the mining method and shield method subway tunnel lining structure health diagnosis evaluation index respectively,and determine the single index criterion for each direction.(2)Considering the characteristics of the evaluation index weights of subway tunnel lining health status,a weight combination based on the entropy weight method and the product scaling method is established to draw up the weights of the diagnostic index system of the subway tunnel structure.(3)The membership cloud is introduced,and the specific steps of the comprehensive evaluation model of the health status of the subway tunnel based on the cloud model are given,including sample data analysis,the structure of the membership cloud and the determination of the membership degree;the quantitative comprehensive evaluation of the health status of the subway tunnel is realized.And use specific cases to verify the applicability of the evaluation model.(4)According to system requirements,design the system application modules and database structure.Based on Django technology and MYSQL as the database,the development of the subway tunnel health diagnosis and digital maintenance system has been completed.In the evaluation module of the system,as the data entered in the database increases,the loss of sample data information will be reduced,and a more accurate weighting and evaluation model will be obtained,thereby realizing the dynamic correction of the model and realizing the long-term dynamic intelligence of the evaluation. |
