China's railways have always maintained a high-speed and healthy development trend,with building large-scale stations and lines,improving the national railway network,focusing on breaking through the technical difficulties of high-speed railway,and insisting on efficient transportation services in all regions of the country.In terms of freight transportation,the railway carries very important transport tasks,but the railway itself has complex transport links and poor timeliness.Facing fierce industry competition and huge freight volume,it is particularly important to optimize the railway transport organization.Direct transportation is a special train schedule formulated by the railway department for different freight needs.It has significant effects in alleviating the current railway transportation dilemma and improving transportation efficiency.The comprehensive optimization of the direct train services from loading area and technical stations is of great strategic significance for solving the complex practical problems of China's railways.This article analyzes the characteristics and trends of current railway freight transportation.The optimization objective is to minimize the sum of loading and unloading costs,assembly costs,and adaptation costs.The uniqueness of the vehicle flow organization,the necessary conditions of direct trains,and the technical capability restrictions are constraints.Combining the technical flow with the originating flow,a comprehensive optimization model of the marshalling plan for the direct train services from loading area and technical stations was constructed.The Genetic Algorithms-Tabu Search hybrid algorithm is designed.The feasibility of the optimization model and solving algorithm was verified by a real case.The main content of this paper is roughly divided into the following sections:(1)Analyze the characteristics and development trends of the current railway transportation organization.Under the promotion of relevant policies,the railway freight volume will continue to increase,and still mainly in mass freight transportation.The optimization of direct transportation has become the top priority of current research.There is a close connection between the two organization ways of direct train from loading area and technical stations.The collaborative optimization of the two is more conducive to achieving the goal of high efficiency and high yield.(2)A comprehensive optimization model of the marshalling plan for direct trains from loading area and technical stations is constructed.This part analyzes the consumption and benefits of the originating and technical vehicles in the whole process of transportation.Loading and unloading costs,assembly costs,and adaptation costs are selected as the main components of the objective function.The constraints are based on the principle of non-detachable vehicle flows,the necessary conditions for direct trains,the limitation of technical station capacity,and the restriction of the flow direction of transit trains.(3)The Genetic Algorithms-Tabu Search hybrid algorithm is designed.Study the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm and tabu search.Taking advantages of the complementarity of the two algorithms,take genetic algorithm as the main frame,and embed tabu search in it.In combination with the characteristics of train formation plan,select binary block coding and design related parameters.Thus,the Genetic Algorithms-Tabu Search hybrid algorithm with better performance is formed.(4)Combine with the actual case for analysis and verification.Based on the current situation of coal freight demand,the Jiexiu station as the loading area constitutes the actual railway network structure.Use MATLAB coding to implement the algorithm solution process.After running the code multiple times,the solution with the smallest target value is selected as the final optimization solution,and further analysis is performed.Through in-depth analysis,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper is verified by comparison between direct evaluation indicators and different algorithms.Based on previous research,this paper has in-depth researched the models and algorithms of the marshalling plan for direct trains from loading area and technical stations.It is found through actual case verification that the comprehensively optimized train operation scheme can achieve higher benefits than a single direct train-based scheme.From a global perspective,this paper aims to solve practical difficulties,integrate resources,reasonably match,and improve efficiency.It provides further research ideas for the optimization of train marshalling plans,and has certain practical significance.
