| The engineering system studied by the process problem is a kind of product process,and the process is an operation sequence,that is,the research object is not composed of components,but a series of operations.Process trimming helps companies creatively solve key problems in product manufacturing by redistributing the useful functions of operations,removing or replacing unnecessary operations,and thereby gaining more competitive advantages.Due to the differences between the process and the product,the trimming method is not completely applicable when applying functional trimming to solve the problems of product manufacturing,installation and operation in the process.Based on this,this paper constructs the trimming process model to solve the process problems,analyzes the operation in the process,establishes the process trimming function model,further determines the trimming operation and the application of five useful functions of the process trimming rules,and finally takes the production process of the particle automatic packaging machine as an example to verify the feasibility of the method.Based on the existing research foundation,this paper conducts in-depth research in the following aspects:1.A quantitative evaluation method based on value analysis is constructed to objectively determine the operations that need to be trimmed.Analyze and evaluate the process function of each operation in the process,establish the value analysis chart with the importance of cost and useful function,and select the operation with high cost and low function importance for trimming.2.A qualitative analysis method of harmful factors based on root cause analysis and association graph method was established to determine the trimming operation.On the basis of root cause analysis and operation pictorialization,the relationship between the cause and the operation of the process can be further identified to solve the vertical causality.When there is a crisscross causal relationship between harmful factors,the association graph method is used to draw the association graph,and the weight of each factor is judged by addition and subtraction calculation or hierarchical analysis algorithm,so as to find the main factor causing the problem.3.Five kinds of trimming rules suitable for process problem solving are established.With the reduction of system consumption after trimming as the constraint,this paper analyzes the feature points that are common to trimming contained in the law of technological evolution in TRIZ,proposes several basic rules of trimming based on this,and constructs five basic rules of process trimming after combining and summarizing.Combined with the characteristics of all kinds of useful functions in the process,a set of reasonable and operable process trimming rules is proposed,and its feasibility is verified by a large number of examples,and then the trimming process model for solving process problems is constructed.4.The packaging process of automatic granule packaging machine was innovatively designed and improved.The packaging process was improved by applying the trimming process model of solving process problems,and the continuous and intermittent automatic particle packaging machine was finally obtained,which reduced the damage rate of packaging bags,and demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of trimming rules research oriented to solving process problems. |
