Research On Trimming Method For Process Problems | | Posted on:2021-07-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Q Y Chong | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2492306557498574 | Subject:Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Process trimming is an innovative design method for process problems derived from the trimming method,which can simplify the structure,reduce the cost and improve the level of process idealization while solving the problem.Process problems usually refer to problems arising from the manufacturing process of products,including poor quality of product processing,low production efficiency and so on.The key of trimming innovation design is to determine trimming priority and reorganize the system functions.A dynamic evolution function model suitable for process trimming is established based on the previous research in this paper.The rules for determining trimming priority for process problems are proposed based on the model.A multi-level system function reorganization method based on trimming rules and effects is proposed.Finally,the trimming innovation design process model for process problem is established and the validity of the model is verified by the trimming innovation design of 4C connector injection process.The main contents of the study include the following aspects:1.The expected role of the process function model is determined by analyzing the trimming method and process characteristics.Compare and analyze the function models of various fields,draw on its logic and expression method to decompose the process into orderly completed operations.The function realized by each operation is expressed through the transformation of the flow between operations and the principle of the operation function is expressed by the relationship between the components in the operation.The changes of the main parameters of components and flows reflect the dynamic evolution of the system.Based on this,a function model suitable for process trimming is established,which is named dynamic evolution function model.2.The rules for determining the trimming priority for process problems are formulated based on the dynamic evolution function model.The key conflict area of the system is determined by tracing the starting point of the system defect flow to identify the key defective operations.The key defective components are identified by tracing the adverse action paths that causing undesired changes in component parameters in the conflict area.The operation or component is selected as the trimming object according to the actual needs of the designer and the trimming priority is determined according to the corresponding rules.3.A multi-level system function reorganization method based on trimming rules and effects is proposed.First,the designer can use the operation trimming rules or component trimming rules to discover the available resources of the system to achieve system function reorganization.Second,the designer can use the knowledge recommendation method formed by effects to find and restructure the system’s potential available resources to realize the system function reorganization.4.The process model of trimming innovation design for process problems is established and the systematic process trimming method is formed.The problems of low injection efficiency and poor injection quality in the 4C connector injection process are solved under the guidance of the process model,which verifies the feasibility of the research method. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Process trimming, Function model, Trimming priority, System function reorganization, Trimming rule, Effect | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
