Metro vehicle is a complicated mechatronics product and collector shoe is the important electrical part of vehicles.The touching condition of collector shoe and third rail will decide the intake quality and impact vehicle moving quality.After the current collector is designed and put into production,it is necessary to carry out the type test of contact pressure to verify whether its performance meets the technical standards.In this paper,the data processing method of contact pressure in type test is studied and a data processing software is developed to simplify the processing process of test data and provide help for the data processing of contact pressure in type test of current collector.In terms of the theoretical basis of the software,the paper understood dynamic characteristic test of collector shoe and studied the precise conversion method of strain value and contact pressure and proposed processing measures of detected data.During studying the conversion method of contact pressure,the author put forward indirect method for contact pressure and deduced contact pressure conversion formula taking inertia force of collector shoe pendulum rod assembly into account based on imputed quality calculation method of variable cross-section beam structure,providing theoretical basis for data pre-processing.In detected data processing and analyzing means,the author proposed eigenvalue analysis,probability density and cumulative distribution analysis,parameter correlation analysis,comparative analysis method of test conditions,providing theoretical basis for data calculation and analysis of the software.In terms of the software design and development,the paper divided the software into five parts including user management,original data source selection,data pre-processing,data calculation analysis and help according to the user demand of collector shoe type test,achieving to a variety of interactive data processing functions such as import,modification,calculation analysis,and output results for the original data source.The software based on visual programming and interactive design.It was developed by means of universal C++ language in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 software developing platform,with MFC application template based on dialog box.The software stood alone without data base and external drawing software,which made the software has the advantages of simple installation environment,high universality,easy operation and strong interaction.The paper applied the developed software to conduct data pre-processing and data calculation and analysis over the actual test data of "Wuxi Metro Line 2" from "Jinqiao Road Station" to "Textile City Station".The result of software analysis shows that the quality of current collection is good.The software developed in this paper has accurate calculation results and reliable operation,which can meet the requirements of data analysis of the third rail / current collector type test.There are 102 figures,11 tables and 73 references in this paper.
