The bottom-seated type Long Base Line acoustic Positioning System realizes positioning, tracking of the underwater target by using the acoustic position technique. Data processing software is an important software running on the system’s host processor.In charge of controlling and coordinating the movement of acoustic measurement system, it is used to calculate the position of the target, and display the motion of the carrier and the target in the real time.This thesis takes the bottom-seated type long baseline acoustic tracking design of data processing software as the research subject, describes the process of software design in detail.The software is developed under the environment of Visual C++6.0, applying Open Graphics Library to three-dimension display,utilizing multi thread processing technology in realizing the function of software.With friendly and concise user interface,it’s easy to operat.The software adopts the integrated modular design method which consists of machine interface module, data communication module, data processing module, filtering module, trajectory display module, all independent to each other, and it runs well.And more, the kenerl techniques used in the implementation of software process are described in details. It proposes a measurement method of hydrophone based on the use of a combined positioning and underwater acoustic DGPS, together with real time attitude correction,and then describes the way to solve the problem of range ambiguity and signals confused in more cycles.The software has been tested with system on the lake after completion of design, programming and debugging, involved in the actual application. The data processing software fulfills the pre-defined requirments, and runs well with other peripheral equipments in the experiment, operates in reliable, meets the overall requirements of technical index. The software techniques and algorithms of acoustic positioning are well validated, and meet the requirements of the engineering application which are referable to the designing and developing of other congeneric software.Through the research and application of new technology and algorithm on the subject, some key technological problem of the bottom-seated type Long Base Line acoustic Positioning System development has been solved, tracking precision and display effect is also improved, so as to improve project development level. The research subject has great reference value on subsequent kind for development.
