With the rapid development of social economy,logistics industry is an important link of unimpeded national economic circulation.Cold chain logistics demand to promote the development of the industry,compared with developed countries,there is still a gap.The main problems of cold chain logistics in China are as follows: high logistics cost,serious pollution and less consideration of customer satisfaction.In real life,how to achieve low-cost,low-carbon transportation and high customer satisfaction at the same time is an urgent problem to be solved in cold chain logistics distribution.Compared with similar papers,this paper considers the benefit contradiction among various indicators,and mainly studies the selection method of efficient and low loss distribution path from the perspective of enterprises.On this basis,the index evaluation system including cost,carbon emissions and customer satisfaction,and the comprehensive evaluation model of entropy-topsis combination are constructed.Entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of indicators,increase the accuracy of objective weighting,calculate the proximity between the distribution scheme and the positive and negative ideal solutions,and find the balance point between cost control,carbon emission and high customer satisfaction when the optimal indicators conflict,and determine the optimal path from the overall perspective.At the same time of reducing costs,it strives to promote the sustainable development of the logistics industry through low carbon emission reduction and enhance the core competitiveness of cold chain logistics enterprises in the future by improving customer satisfaction.The results show that customer satisfaction is the first level index with the largest weight,and transportation carbon consumption is the second level index with the largest weight.The evaluation index system is applied to the evaluation of satisfaction solution,so as to obtain the sub-optimal distribution path of single index but the optimal distribution path as a whole,and the weight stability of each index is good.The decision model has certain applicability in the cold chain logistics path optimization.
