| Under the background of the integration of the station and the city, the underground railway station is developing rapidly, and the transitional space with the surrounding city plays a key role in the development of the urban core area above and below ground and carrying large-scale business passenger flow.In addition to the ever-increasing passenger flow, the current underground railway station is also faced with how to deal with various changes in the rapid development of station-city integration, such as future station area development, passenger station space utilization, and passenger station serviceability. This poses a challenge to the transitional space. The flexible design puts forward higher requirements. However,as an important underground comprehensive transportation interchange hub in the core area of the city, construction is difficult and the cost of renovation is high. Therefore, studying how to design the transitional space flexibly in order to improve the long-term development benefits of the underground railway station, the real-time passenger station space utilization rate and the serviceability of the passenger station has high research value and practical significance. This paper studies the development and characteristics of underground railway stations, and analyzes the influencing factors of flexible design in the transitional space of underground railway stations from the three dimensions of city, place and facilities.Combining the four variability theories of multivalent space theory, open building theory,time-sharing reuse theory, and demand elasticity theory to extract the relevant variable logic, three principles affecting the flexible design of the transitional space of underground railway stations are extracted: "Overall coordination " — "Dynamic Balance" — "Flexible Adaptation",combined with the research and analysis of questionnaire surveys, typical cases and simulation software, finally put forward the design strategy of the transitional space of the underground railway station. The first chapter of the article raises questions, and the second, third, and fourth chapters analyze the problems. The development process of the underground railway station and the city and the characteristics of the transitional space of the underground railway station are studied. The variable factors of the underground railway station in the urban dimension, the place dimension and the facility dimension are analyzed, and the following four flexible design theories are combined: Valuable space theory, open building theory,time-sharing reuse theory, demand elasticity theory",demonstrate the rationality and necessity of the future variable design potential of underground railway stations and the flexible design of transitional space.Analyze the subjective feelings of passengers through questionnaire survey data, analyze actual cases at home and abroad, rely on simulation software to simulate the data collected in the survey, and then optimize the simulation results. The fifth chapter is to solve the problem. Finally, combined with the analysis results of chapters 2,3 and 4,the flexible design strategy suitable for the transition space of underground railway stations is summarized,namely,multi-directional extension, modular structure system,time-sharing multiplexing,peak-cutting and valley-leveling,and forecasting.Set up self-organized nodes and epidemic prevention space design to try to provide reliable ideas for the variable design of related types of underground railway station transition spaces. At the same time, with a view to "point to surface",from the perspective of flexible architectural design, the underground railway station will become an opportunity to stimulate and guide the moderately compact development of the urban core area under the integration of the station and city, and promote the intensive, environmentally friendly and value-oriented resources of people, finances, materials, and information.Promote. |
