| As a new mode of inter-regional interaction of element resources, urban agglomerations have gradually become the core of regional economic integration and new urbanization. As an important support for China’s economic and social development, urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta are important for exploring urban agglomeration development models. The construction of high-level city clusters is of great significance. On the one hand, the rollout of the high-speed rail network continues to improve the coverage of the one-hour economic circle, injecting new impetus into the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. On the other hand, resource mismatch and insufficient factor transformation also restrict the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. At the same time, the high-speed rail With its technical and economic characteristics,it has a certain impact on the inter-regional flow and allocation efficiency of element resources within the urban agglomeration.Relevant studies have mostly focused on the allocation of factor resources at the enterprise level, and have not yet involved the field of high-speed rail. This article takes 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as an example.First, based on the ROXY index,it analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of labor and capital in the Yangtze Delta urban agglomeration, and clarifies the impact of high-speed rail on the spatial and temporal characteristics of the urban agglomeration’s element resource allocation; The factor resource allocation efficiency is calculated based on the factor allocation distortion coefficient, and the panel model is used to empirically test the impact of the opening of high-speed rail on the factor resource allocation efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The research results show that:(1)There are differences in the impact of high-speed rail on the temporal and spatial characteristics of labor and capital allocation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Labor factors tend to be concentrated in central cities, and high-speed rail can further expand the attractiveness of core cities and consolidate the polarization trend of labor factor allocation;the overall convergence of capital factors, benefiting from the intensive optimization of the high-speed rail network, has achieved a balanced distribution of capital factors within the region.(2)There are significant differences in the allocation efficiency of element resources among the cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The allocation efficiency of element resources in most cities is less than 1,which has not yet reached the optimal state of resource allocation.(3)The opening of high-speed rail has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of factor resource allocation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The opening of high-speed rail can significantly reduce the mismatch of labor and capital factors in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, alleviating the insufficient effective output caused by the distortion of factor allocation, and there are regional differences in the impact of high-speed rail. The research contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in:(1)The introduction of ROXY index explains the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of labor and capital element resource allocation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.(2)Borrowing the factor allocation distortion coefficient extends the measurement of the urban perspective of the efficiency of factor resource allocation.Based on the above research conclusions, suggestions are made for the rational allocation of labor and capital element resources in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and optimization of the layout of high-speed rail construction to improve the efficiency of element resource allocation. |
