| Today,“the Belt and Road” has been developing rapidly.Due to the opening of the China Railway Express between China,Europe and Asian,a more closely connected trade relationship has emerged.A large amount of trade demand has made China’s import container shipping volume show a continuous increase trend,which requires a higher transshipment capacity of port stations.In view of this point,this paper studies the design and simulation of the container transshipment system in the port station to improve the operating capacity and efficiency.This paper first summarizes the types,composition and operation process of China’s railway port stations,and then introduces two kinds of forecasting methods that are suitable for container transshipment volume,and the design requirements of each component of the container transshipment yard are analyzed and summarized.Based on the forecast of container transshipment demand and the design requirements of the container reloading yard,a facility and equipment configuration optimization model of the container transshipment yard is constructed.The model aims at finding a reasonable effective length and number of loading and unloading lines,the scale of container slots in storage space and handling machinery to minimize the construction cost of the transshipment yard and meet the transshipment demands and site constraints.In this paper,Anylogic is used to construct a multi-agent simulation model of the container transshipment yard,which provides an evaluation basis for the design of the container transshipment yard.The model constructs the simulation scene of the container transshipment yard and builds multiple agents,such as trains,cars,cranes,loading and unloading lines,etc.,to simulate the entire transshipment operation process.Finally,this paper takes Erenhot port station as an example to test the proposed container transshipment yard design method.This paper analyzes the problems existing in Erenhot Port Station,and predicts the volume of imported containers with the time series method and gray forecasting method.According to the predicted volume and the existing site conditions of Erenhot Port Station,this paper builds a facility and equipment configuration optimization model and obtains two design options,which are evaluated and compared through Anylogic simulation.The optimized design method of the port station container transshipment yard in the paper can be applied to the design of new container transshipment yard and the transformation of existing transshipment yard,which helps to improve the efficiency and economic benefits of the railway port station’s transportation organization. |
