| As energy scarcity and environmental pollution circumstances become more and more tense,the boosting of the steer of traditional energy vehicles has worsened the problems of air pollution and depletion of oil resources.The development of research and development technologies for new green energy and related products to gradually eliminate people’s dependence on traditional energy vehicles is the primary way to solve the problems of pollution and energy consumption.The sales of electric vehicles continue to rise,but their limited battery capacity,the dilatory progress of battery technology,and the inability of timely energy supplements for traveling vehicles have hindered the further development of the innovative energy vehicle industry.As an supporting infrastructure for the electric vehicle industry,power exchange can effectively alleviate the mileage anxiety of customers and meet the supplementary energy needs of electric vehicles more efficiently.This paper first takes the electric vehicle power station in Beijing by W company as the research object,analyzes the current operation mode and construction status of W company electric vehicle power station in Beijing,analyzes the causes of the problem in the current situation of W company power change power station construction.Then this dissertation analyzes the key factors affecting the location of W electric vehicle power exchange facilities and battery inventory,taking the operation and construction status of W electric vehicle company power station in Beijing as the background.As the most important site selection factor for power station location,but because of its great uncertainty,it causes unscientific site selection decision-making,this dissertation uses robust constraint method to control the uncertainty of flow demand,and uses polyhedron uncertainty set to describe the uncertain set of traffic demand.This dissertation takes the minimum total operating cost as the target function,adopts the uncertainty robust budget method to control the conservatism of the model,selects the best location of the site under different protection levels and determines the battery inventory level,and makes two sensitivity analysis to prove the effectiveness of the model and the impact of the protection level on the total operating cost of the power station.11 pictures,7 tables,63 references... |
