Research On Evaluation Of Maturity Of Metro Reconstruction Project Management

In recent years,with the increase of population in central cities,the pressure of public transportation is increasing,which also brings many problems of operation transformation to rail transit.The adjustment of metro network planning,the improvement of station functions,the extension and dismantling of lines and other problems lead to the gradual increase of operating subway reconstruction projects.The operation of the subway transformation project puts forward higher requirements to the professional level of enterprise project management.In the face of the rapid development of the subway transformation market,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.If we can not improve the weak link in project management,enterprises will lose a strong competitive advantage.Through a set of systematic and complete evaluation methods to evaluate the current project management ability and improve its management level,it is of great significance to realize the project objectives and maximize the interests of enterprises.Project management maturity model can comprehensively and effectively evaluate and analyze the project management capability,and it is an effective tool to assist enterprises to evaluate the current capability status and point out the direction of improvement.Based on the theoretical basis of project management and project management maturity,from the perspective of project construction stage management ability,this paper considers the influencing factors of subway reconstruction project management,establishes the evaluation system of subway reconstruction project management maturity,and applies it to the empirical research of H project to verify its effectiveness(1)Firstly,the purpose and significance of the research on the management maturity of the subway reconstruction project are clarified,and the development history and application status of the maturity model at home and abroad are sorted out clearly.Then,the classic maturity model is briefly introduced and compared horizontally,which is the theoretical basis of the model selected in this paper.(2)This paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of subway reconstruction project,improves the OPM3 model,determines the framework of subway reconstruction project management maturity model,and constructs the final evaluation index system of subway reconstruction project management maturity based on literature research and expert scoring method.(3)Combined with H subway reconstruction project,the project management maturity evaluation system is applied to the specific practice.Considering the characteristics of fuzzy attribute and not easy to quantify,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate h project.According to the evaluation results,the management shortcomings are analyzed,and the feasible suggestions for management ability optimization are put forward.
