Tower solar thermal power generation system is a clean and pollution-free power generation technology in line with China’s sustainable development strategy.Firstly,the classification of solar thermal power generation technology is introduced.The tower solar thermal power station mainly consists of focused radiant heat transfer system,heat storage system and conventional island system.The heat storage and heat exchange system includes endothermic system,cold and hot melt salt storage system and heat exchange system.Secondly,the mechanism model of heat storage system is established.According to the state equation of working medium between heat transfer medium and cold fluid,heat transfer equation and energy conservation law,the mechanism of heat storage system was analyzed,the mechanism model of heat storage system was established,and the simulation model of heat storage system was built on Pany Simu simulation software.Finally,the control scheme of heat exchange system in solar thermal power generation heat storage system is proposed.Aiming at the characteristics of large delay and large inertia of heat transfer system,this paper establishes the mechanism model of heat storage system,Pany Simu graphic simulation model,and identifies the transfer function of controlled object,and combines cascade PID control and fuzzy control to form cascade fuzzy PID control system.According to the block diagram and transfer function of the control system,the simulation study based on Simulink environment was carried out to obtain the step response curve of the control system.The simulation results show that the new fuzzy PID controller can correct the PID parameters of the control system in real time,so that it has better adaptability and robustness than the traditional cascade PID control,and obviously improves the control effect. |
