This article mainly studied the speech recognition technology to apply to the aviation domain flight vehicle voice command control technology. Several essential technologies such as speech enhancement technology and the noise estimate algorithm technology and so on has conducted the thorough research.The paper firstly introduced the voice command recognition system concept, the constituent and it's the related technology. This paper mainly discussed the speech signal time domain analysis, the spectral analysis, the speech voice activity detection and the speech recognition algorithm. Next, the paper discussed under the low signal to noise ratio environment speech enhancement method, contrasts several kinds of speech enhancement algorithm after the analysis, in view of the aviation domain in heavy noise characteristic, to uses in the traditional spectrum subtraction which the speech strengthens to make the improvement, and carries on the simulation experiment to analyze. Finally, the paper started from the pronunciation model to analyze the background noise which affects the speech recognition system performance, and conducts the noise classification to carry on the analysis. Then the paper proposed one kind of the noise estimate algorithm based on frequency band energy ratio under the aviation background noise's characteristic. We have done the simulation experiment to this algorithm and have made the performance analysis discussion with the introduced the noise estimate algorithm.Finally the paper has designed an independent person and the isolated word small flight vehicle voice command recognition system using the proposed algorithm and the parameter. This system has been realized in the VC++ 6.0 development platform, and tests have been carried to this system. The test result indicates that the improvement algorithm is better than the traditional in system function and performance.
