| In recent years,the construction of urban utility tunnel expands unceasingly,in the process of project construction,construction safety,project duration increased difficulties of many aspects,such as cost,quality management,and the traditional labor-intensive construction mode is no longer meet the demand of times development,urgent need to explore advanced and scientific management methods to promote the innovation and development of project construction and management.This paper takes XA utility tunnel project as the research object.In the construction process of this project,there are many characteristics such as complex environment,process conversion,tight time limit and so on.At the same time,the project quality,safety,civilized construction and other strict requirements,which have caused great pressure to the project management.Therefore,the project has built a smart site system application,using information technology to improve the project management efficiency.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of smart site of XA utility tunnel project,summarizes the current situation of construction and research at home and abroad,and proposes theories and methods of smart site.Secondly,through the field investigation and the consultation to the management personnel,the existing problems of smart site collaborative application are analyzed.And through literature review,expert interview and other methods,finally 20 factors affecting the construction of smart site are determined.Furthermore,based on the integrated fuzzy ISM-MICMAC method,the internal relationship between the influencing factors is analyzed,and the causal analysis,hierarchical structure analysis,driving force and dependence analysis are carried out for the influencing factors,and the deep-seated factors hindering the construction of project smart site are analyzed.Finally,combined with the analysis results of influence factors,four suggestions and countermeasures are put forward,which are reasonable planning of collaborative application objectives,improving collaborative standards and systems,strengthening personnel training,and improving the level of data collaboration,and the conclusions and prospects are put forward,which provide ideas for solving the problems of samrt site.Figure 12,Table 10,Reference 72. |
