| In the era of productionism,the economic-oriented development model has triggered a series of contradictions such as mismatching,encroachment and engulfment of land and space.These contradictions have led to an increase in ecological pressure and a continuous decline in the quality of the human settlements.The traditional spatial planning system with multiple plans at the same time is difficult to coordinate many problems such as resource reorganization,configuration optimization and space control faced by land development.The Eighteenth National Congress of the CCP proposed to build an intensive and efficient production space,a moderately livable living space and a beautiful ecological space.It is agreed that this is an important program to cope with the grim situation of tight resource constraints and ecological environment degradation.The construction of ecological civilization has further triggered the theoretical cognition of the EPL space.EPL collaborative development,spatial order construction and modern governance system are the theoretical basis for optimizing the spatial structure of the land and achieving the goal of zoning control.Supported by Arc GIS and ENVI technology platforms,this article covers multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge of geography,planning,ecology and landscape.Based on the perspective of time and space superposition,the mathematical model is applied to study the quantitative structure,dynamic evolution process and characteristic law of EPL space in Tianchang City from 1988 to 2018.Based on the suitability level of ecology,production and living space,it puts forward suggestions and strategies for optimal development.The main contents and conclusions of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The land classification system was established in this paper to identify the EPL space in Tianchang City.It is mainly based on the third national land survey work and the LUCC system formulated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The EPL space of the four periods was demarcated by the method of land type merging.It was found that the spatial structure of the study area had the basic characteristics of production space first,ecological space second,and minimum living space.At the horizontal township level,the spatial distribution of each type is uneven,while in the terrain environment,it has a vertical gradient distribution feature.(2)The dynamic evolution features of the two aspects contained in the EPL space of Tianchang City were extracted.First,at the quantitative structure level,the study established the EPL space quantity structure evolution model,simulating the evolution rate,direction,development degree and spread trend characteristics in the past 30 years.Second,at the EPL landscape structure level,10 index models were selected from the FRAGSTATS index library and used to analyze the superiority,fragmentation,heterogeneity and dispersion of the EPL spatial structure from the landscape level and type level.(3)The EPL space structure has been optimized and improved in this paper.The multiobjective suitability evaluation system for ecology,living and production space is structured,and the evaluation results are divided according to four levels: unsuitability,critical suitability,suitability and optimumity.According to the evaluation base map,the EPL space pattern of Tianchang City was redrawn.The results show that the optimized three types of spatial ratio adjustment are 20.72%,13.55%,and 65.73%.Therefore,overall control,zoning guidelines,and policy-oriented of spatial governance and optimization development strategies are targeted.(4)A new method of EPL spatial reconstruction is proposed in this paper.Diverse data such as POI and night lights were introduced into the study.The research results demonstrate the fact that it is feasible to reconstruct the EPL spatial pattern by integrating suitability evaluation,three-dimensional cube partitioning and GIS-VB programming method.This study enriches the theoretical methods of city-level EPL space identification and reconstruction.It has certain reference significance for the comprehensive,scientific and precise definition of the functional division and delimitation of the national land space.It is beneficial to realize the identification and control of three zones and three lines,promote the landing of EPL space,and provide method reference for the same type of municipal area. |
