| With the rapid growth of mobile 4G users,the construction of mobile 4G base station is becoming more and more urgent.Only by accelerating the completion of the construction of 4G base station network project,can we take the lead in the mobile communication network business market and win more mobile communication users.Because the construction of 4G base stations has involved in many units,strong technical professional,time more urgent,the environment is complex and uncertain factors such as characteristics,often resulting in 4G base stations network construction projects cannot be completed for delivery on schedule,so we need in 4G base stations network construction project manage the introduction of the project schedule management methods,so as to achieve on schedule or ahead of schedule 4G base stations network construction project goals.This paper first introduces the status of progress schedule management research at home and abroad,and summarizes and compares the traditional progress management methods and the core ideas and theories of the key chain technology.This paper introduces the basic situation of YY mobile branch,and in accordance with the YY mobile characteristics of 4G base station construction project,the project organization structure and responsibilities,project work content and scheduling,schedule management,planning and control process of the project schedule management problems are summarized and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the project schedule management;Then,the project schedule management model based on the key chain is constructed from five parts:determination of the key chain,elimination of safety time,setting of buffer zone,management of buffer zone,construction of project team culture and assessment incentive mechanism.Finally,through the YY mobile 4G base station engineering construction project as the research object,applying the schedule management system model based on the key chain technology constructed in this paper,the project planning period of the original project schedule management method was shortened from the original 120 working days to 95,the working day greatly reduced the construction period of the base station construction project,improved the progress management level of the YY mobile 4G construction project,and provided reference and reference for the upcoming large-scale 5G base station project construction. |
