| With the continuous advancement of urbanization and modernization process in China,more and more urban complex has appeared in people’s lives.At the same time,the policies on building energy conservation and environmental protection also propose new requests for the design and operation of mechanical and electrical(M&E)systems.However,many developers don’t pay enough attention on M&E design management.The insufficient management capabilities and large errors in M&E system design management cause more changes and dismantling in construction phase,low automation and high energy consumption in operation phase,which cause huge losses to developers.The current situation of the M&E system design management of urban complex of developers is studied in this thesis,which will provide practical suggestions for the M&E system design management.Based on the present research situations at home and abroad,the M&E design management of complex buildings are studied in the thesis.This thesis will first introduce the characteristics of the complex building and M&E system design management.After sorting out some problems existing in the selection of M&E design suppliers,the management of design process and the evaluation of design result of developer,this thesis analyzes the causes of above problems and classifies them into three aspects: personnel quality,organization system and management methods.Then,by studying of relevant design management cases at home and abroad,it is concluded that good M&E design management needs to pay attention to the selection of design institute,establish a perfect management system and the application of advanced information management methods.These important experiences and excellent practices provide strong support for the optimization suggestions.Finally,this thesis puts forward optimization suggestions from three aspects.The first one is the quality of personnel,through the establishment of personnel incentives,strengthen training and personnel assessment measures.to improve the ability and efficiency of personnel;the second one is the organizational system,through the selection of strong matrix management organization structure and standardized process to strengthen organizational supervision;the third one is the management means,through the use of linear weight method,scientific selection of suitable design suppliers,using the linear weight method The stage gate method strengthens the design process control,optimizes the design decision,establishes the BIM collaborative information management platform combined with the advanced information technology,and improves the design collaborative efficiency and decision effectiveness. |
