Research On Incremental Cost Benefit Of The Whole Life Cycle Of Green Hospital Project

With the increasingly severe problems of environmental pollution,excessive resource consumption and natural ecological destruction in China,vigorously developing the green construction industry has become an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of Chinese construction industry.As a public building that consumes a lot of energy,the green development of hospital project is even more urgent.Pushing the green hospital project hard is not only an important aspect of promoting the development of Chinese green buildings to a deeper level,but also an important implementation measure for the comprehensive implementation of the "Healthy China2030" plan.The promotion and implementation of green hospital project will be widely regarded as the inevitable trend of the construction and development of Chinese medical institutions in the next few years.However,the incremental cost of green hospital construction has hindered its development to a certain extent.At present,the incremental cost of some green hospital projects in China is obvious.But its incremental value is difficult to reflect in the short term and people don’t fully understand it,especially the value of environmental benefits and social benefits.It takes time to settle and accumulate.Based on this,this paper combines the application of green technology in hospital buildings to study what it brings is the relationship between the incremental costs and the incremental benefits.Firstly,defining the incremental cost and incremental benefit and building an incremental cost benefit model based on the theory of value engineering by combining the theory of economics.Secondly,analyzing concretely the incremental cost of green hospital buildings based on the model.Studying the main incremental cost composition of the green hospital building design phase,construction phase and operation and maintenance phase from the perspective of the whole life cycle,and carrying out the corresponding incremental cost calculation.Thirdly,analyzing concretely the incremental benefits of green hospital buildings based on the model.Analyzing the incremental composition of green hospital building benefits from different dimensions,such as economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits,and conducting the incremental benefits calculations accordingly.Finally,measuring respectively the incremental cost and incremental benefit those are caused by the application of green technology by combining with the actual green hospital building cases.It is demonstrated that the incremental benefit of the green hospital project is greater than its incremental cost.Using the ABC classification method to analyze the incremental cost and finding out the main factors of the cost increase,then controlling the cost in a targeted manner and improving the efficiency.The paper demonstrates the feasibility of the green hospital project by studying a full life cycle incremental cost-benefit systematically,which will be helpful for promoting its promotion and application.
