At present,China’s urban construction is in the transition period,and the planning and construction is mainly based on the stock’s adjustment.On the road to meet the people’s pursuit of a better life,the pace of urban renewal is getting faster and faster.In this "stock period",the existing community has replaced the previous demolition and reconstruction with reconstruction.Most of the existing residential areas with the largest number and urgent need to improve the environment were built before 2000.In the early residential areas,the main bodies of traffic design were people and bicycles.With the popularity of cars,a large number of motor vehicles poured into the residential areas.They began to occupy the existing green space,road space,public square,etc.,resulting in the destruction of green vegetation and the obstruction of roads by random parking vehicles,The activity area of the square was occupied and the ecological environment of the residential area was destroyed.Previous scholars have studied green space and parking,but there are too few studies on synchronous promotion of green space and parking quantities,and the green parking design is not considered in the reconstruction of residential area,which can not effectively solve the contradiction of parking and greening.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to implement the design of green parking in the process of existing community transformation,and put forward the method to quickly evaluate the effect of green parking transformation.From the perspective of architecture,this research station summarizes the current situation of parking,greening and green parking in the existing community in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City through investigation and data access,and summarizes the relevant current theories;This paper analyzes the feasibility,necessity and restrictive factors of green parking lot,and designs a variety of parking layout,including residential parking space,centralized parking space and on-road parking space;By using literature search and expert consultation methods,four main factors affecting the design of green shade parking lot are extracted.The weight of green space rate,green rate,green visual rate and parking rate is determined by comparing priority sequence diagram and expert scoring method.The weighted comprehensive method is used to build the evaluation model and evaluate the comprehensive scores of various parking space layouts;The comprehensive evaluation of the green shade parking transformation of the sample community is carried out,and the improvement effect is compared at the data level.Combined with different parking space model libraries,the overall parking layout is adjusted to obtain a satisfactory parking transformation scheme.Through the study,it is confirmed that the evaluation scheme of this study is feasible,so that the contradiction between parking and greening in the existing community can be solved intuitively and quantitatively,which can be popularized and applied to practice.
