| The progress of social development promotes the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process.While human beings are carrying out large-scale industrial activities to promote urban development,it leads to the frequent occurrence of extreme climate and the constantly prominent environmental problems.The renewal of the old city community plays a very important role in urban development.The old city community is the product of the last century.Its original design no longer meets the needs of residents today.Therefore,the renewal and upgrading for the old city community has already been put on the agenda.Therefore,from the people-oriented perspective,this paper is based on the old city community of Nanjing,and introduces the concept of human thermal comfort in the renewal of the old city community.Through the reaction of human subjective perception of external environment to data analysis,quantify the objective digital platform,extract environmental feedback to human perception,so as to feedback on the landscape elements,and summarize the design strategy suitable for the landscape renewal of Nanjing’s old city.This paper first explains the concepts of old city renewal,microclimate,human thermal comfort and the correlation of microclimate and human thermal comfort,analyzes the development process at home and abroad,home and abroad,and its research contents,and makes excellent research.Secondly,through the field investigation of the three representative old city communities in Nanjing(Yuhua New Village,Suojin Village and Dongjing Village),the landscape current situation and development characteristics of Nanjing were summarized,and the actual measurement and analysis of the site were conducted.Relevant measurement of microclimate factors(air temperature,relative humidity,average wind speed,etc.)is measured in typical weather days in winter and summer,and preliminarily analyze the microclimate conditions of different test points in the test site.Then,the physiological equivalent temperature(pet)value was obtained through the software rayman,and analyzed the numerical changes of different measurement points at different moments,obtained the degree of human thermal feeling according to the evaluation indicators,and analyzed and summarize the focus of the renewal of landscape elements in the old city community.Moreover,it analyzes the relevant role of community landscape elements and human thermal comfort,and summarizes the update design methods of different landscape elements(plants,building and space texture,microterrain,water body,hard pavement and landscape facilities)in the old city community,so as to better explore the role of landscape elements under the influence of human thermal comfort.Finally,take Yuhua New Village community in Nanjing Old City community as an example,analyzes the internal climate characteristics and the overall situation,and then divides Yuhua New Village community into three main types(building space,street space and public space),and select representative space analysis and formulate detailed landscape renewal design strategy,the design strategy is as follows:1.Building space can be updated by optimizing building layout and updating building texture.2.Street space can be updated by combing the main road and branch streamline,updating the paving facilities,and optimizing the parking space.3.Public space can be carried out different targeted updates according to different types of public space,to ensure that the renewal of residential squares and street squares can relieve the urban heat comfort of human body,and optimize the pure green space.The innovation point of this paper is the close combination of theoretical concepts,data analysis and specific practice.From the perspective of the old city community renewal,the concept of human thermal comfort is introduced,which intuitively reflects the human thermal comfort feeling through data and evaluation indicators,and is specifically applied to the landscape renewal design of the old city community,making the renewal design more suitable for the human physiological needs.At the same time,it also provides new ideas and new perspectives for the old city community renewal in other areas. |
