The cultural benefit projects is a people’s livelihood project and spiritual project benefiting the whole people.The library serves as a government culture.An important aspect of the Huimin policy is to provide readers with literary services as a public welfare cultural service place,providing a comfortable and warm reading environment and multi-functional cultural facilities(such as parent-child interaction area,exhibition room,exchange meeting room,network reading room,etc.)we should vigorously improve the interior decoration environment of the library,and create a charming library interior space,so that people can enter the library to enrich themselves by reading books in their leisure time.The era of rapid development of information also puts forward new requirements for the interior design of the library.It is necessary to better play the role of the library as a cultural communication center.However,the current homogeneity of the interior decoration of the library in various regions is serious,such as similar marbles.The background wall,the empty hall,and the regular and neat study room for four people make the reader experience boring.The entire space of the library lacks cultural charm and interactive experience.This article introduces the theory of metaphor to help readers understand the interior of the library and identify with the surrounding space environment,meet the basic reading function while exploring cultural characteristics,and analyze the current situation of typical libraries at home and abroad,integrate theory with practice,and build people A library that the masses love to hear.By consulting related literature and books,the author found that the current domestic and foreign metaphor design methods in design are mainly focused on architecture and product design.The interior design is mainly commemorative space and hotel space.The analysis of metaphor in library interior design The application is almost blank.In the face of this situation,this article analyzes the application methods of metaphor in different majors of design,explores the application of metaphor in library interior design through multidisciplinary research and case analysis methods,and finds the basis for its application.This article is divided into three parts: current situation analysis,method research,and practical application.The first part discovers and analyzes the problems,clarifies the current problems in the library,analyzes the status quo of national reading and the transformation of library functions,and introduces metaphor design to solve the current status of the library.The second part explores the source,expression type and necessity of metaphor in space design,and obtains specific expression methods by analyzing each element in the space.The third part uses actual cases and uses the basic principles of metaphorical design to design different spaces in the library,and explore design methods that meet the function,experience,emotion and culture of the library,and truly achieve the combination of design and culture,and design for humans The purpose of social services.
