| As an important part of the public transport network for community connection of urban rail transit,the level and rationality of its planning and operation scheduling directly determine the convenience of travelers,the benefits of subways and bus companies,and thus affect the volume of rail transit,social efficiency indicators such as the proportion,the actual capacity and capacity of the transportation network,and the improvement of traffic congestion.China’s traditional urban rail transit stations are mainly connected by cars and buses.The traditional bicycle access is restricted by parking lots and management factors,and the proportion is too low or not considered.But in recent years,with the development of mobile Internet technology,shared bicycles have become the main component of urban rail transit station connections,especially community connections.There is a great contradiction in the connection between parking lots.During the specific operation,due to the chaotic phenomenon of no parking places such as sidewalks and non-motorized lanes,bus companies also face the dilemma of whether to cancel the bus connection.How to optimize and adjust the planning according to the existing planning and current situation in combination with the new connection method has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved by relevant stakeholders.Based on this,this paper uses fuzzy C-means clustering(FCM)to determine shared bicycle parking points based on the analysis of shared bicycle travel characteristics and connection laws and proposes adjustments of community connection planning including shared bicycle Method,establish its bi-level programming model,and verify it through a specific application.As follows:(1)Analysis of shared bicycle traveling characteristics and connection rules.Preprocess the obtained shared bicycle big data,and summarize the shared bicycle travel characteristics and connection rules from the perspective of travel date,travel time,travel location,range distribution and frequency of use,as a comprehensive plan for urban rail transit community connection basis.(2)Establish of a clustering model of limited alternative shared bicycle stops with fixed geographic locations.Based on the analysis of the selected characteristics of shared bicycle stops,for the traditional FCM model,the cluster points can be taken at any point in the area,and the shared bicycle stops have geographic location restrictions.The model was modified and established.Based on the clustering model of shared bicycle stops with a fixed geographic location,a preliminary plan for shared bicycle alternative stops was obtained.(3)The method of urban rail transit community connection including shared bicycles proposed and optimization model established.Propose a comprehensive planning method of urban rail transit community connection including shared bicycles and establish its optimization model.Based on studying the goals and principles of urban rail transit community connection planning,we obtained urban rail transit community connection planning methods(including travel community division and shared bicycle alternative stop selection),considering the characteristics of different morning and evening peak connection travel directions Based on the game relationship between travelers and relevant government departments,a comprehensive planning model for commuter bus and shared bicycle connection is established.And design-related algorithms to solve.(4)Conduction of application analysis and research.Combined with the current situation of the Ruijing Xinyuan Station-Ruijingjiayuan community connection in Tianjin Metro Line 1,the planning of the community connection in the region was adjusted.By comparing the total travel cost,the number of shared bicycles,and the commuting bus schedule and other indicators,the effectiveness of the urban rail transit community planning method proposed in this paper is verified. |
