| Diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen is a new type epoxy modified asphalt,which is composed of diatomite,epoxy resin,curing agent,asphalt and other additive mixed in appropriate condition in certain proportion,which has more compatibility and better economy than the ordinary epoxy asphalt.Diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture has significant road performance,including high strength,excellent durability and excellent anti-aging performance.Therefore,relying on the functional and structural characteristics of porous ultrathin friction and cohesive layer,the dissertation carries on an investigation into the performance of ratio design,pavement performance and construction technology of diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture.First of all,This dissertation selects raw materials of researching on the pavement performance of diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture,according to the relevant technical standards,and tests performance of raw materials.In order to achieve the performance requirements of porous ultrathin asphalt friction and cohesive layer,the study determines the target gap gradation ratio range of 15%~25%,and 2.36mm sieve through rate is inferred to be primary factor by experiment.Therefore,using 2.36mm as the key sieve is to debug six proper aggregate gradation.Using analysis of scattering and leakage tests to determine the minimum and maximum amount of asphalt mixture,then combing with the Marshall test the best mix aggregate ratio of all levels of porous ultrathin asphalt friction and cohesive layer is determined.Secondly,this dissertation choose Japan(TAF)epoxy asphalt and diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture for comparison,and the mixtures are made in the same gradation and test conditions to do experimental study on the road performance.The results show that diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture has excellent performance of material mechanical properties,temperature stability,water stability,the drainage performance,anti-skid ability,anti-fatigue performance,anti-aging ability and so on.And the performance of diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture in the physics mechanics and structure stability are close with the performance of Japanese(TAF)epoxy asphalt mixture,and slightly less in the low temperature performance and the performance of anti-fatigue and anti-aging.But it can satisfy the requirements of the drainage asphalt pavement in the road performance.In addition,taking into account the excellent performance of epoxy asphalt,this dissertation makes some exploration and improvement in the way of road test and evaluation criteria.In the aspect of high temperature stability of the mixture,the high temperature stability of the high temperature stability is comprehensively evaluated by the 70℃ high temperature rutting test,and the dynamic stability and deformation of the rutting test at 60℃.In the aspects of water damage resistance,this dissertation increases the number of freeze-thaw cycles,and well reflects the ability to resist water damage of the mixture.Finally,according to the actual construction conditions,combined with the characteristics of epoxy asphalt,this dissertation from the aspects of mixing,transportation and other construction of construction of asphalt pavement mixture does some adjustment and improvement.and puts forward the diatomite loaded epoxy modified asphalt mixture construction technology program,provide a reference basis for the next promotion and implementation,and propose the diatomite-carried-epoxy modified bitumen mixture construction technology program,which provides a reference for the popularization and implementation. |
