| Accurate measurement and Simulation of magnetic properties of magnetic materials are the basis of design and optimization of electrical equipment.Among many engineering properties of magnetic materials,hysteresis loops can directly reflect the magnetic properties of materials under magnetic field.Traditional testing methods only consider the characterization of magnetic properties under one-dimensional alternating excitation.Rotating magnetism exists at the T-shaped junction of motor and transformer in practical engineering.Field.Silicon steel sheet is the most widely used magnetic material.It is necessary to study the magnetic properties of silicon steel materials under rotating excitation.Because the silicon steel materials are in different temperature conditions in actual operation,the magnetic properties of silicon steel materials under different temperature conditions should be analyzed.In this paper,the magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel B35A210 were measured and analyzed under the condition of a wide frequency within 2 k Hz,and the effect of temperature on non-oriented silicon steel was studied.(1)The design and fabrication of a new type of two-dimensional rotating magnetic characteristic measurement device are completed.The rationality of the main magnetic circuit and the accuracy of the sample surface signal acquisition method are simulated and analyzed.A piecewise excitation winding suitable for wide frequency excitation is fabricated.The capacitance series-parallel connection scheme matching the excitation winding and capacitance series-connected in different frequency experiments is designed.The connection mode of required capacitance is calculated quickly by program.The effectiveness of the harmonic suppression control algorithm is verified by using the feedback control of B wave to form a circle and Fourier decomposition of the wave.(2)A composite B-H sensor is designed and manufactured in the magnetic characteristic test experiment,which not only avoids punching the sample,but also makes the sample replacement process more flexible and convenient.A coil coefficient calibration system is built,and the coil coefficient is calibrated.The one-dimensional magnetic characteristics experiment at 3Hz~2k Hz frequency is carried out.The results are compared with those of the international standard Epstein square coil,which verifies the feasibility of the experimental system.(3)The rotational magnetic properties of B35A210 samples within 2 k Hz were tested.The variation of core loss at different frequencies was analyzed and compared with the results of one-dimensional alternating experiment.The corresponding H-track inclination variation law when controlling the clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of B-wave was compared and analyzed.The magnetic permeability at different frequencies was calculated and analyzed from the micromagnetic angle.The reason for the loss is separated from the core loss.(4)A testing platform for magnetic properties of silicon steel under variable temperature was designed and built.The alternating excitation and rotating excitation of non-oriented silicon steel B35A210 at different temperatures were tested and analyzed by heating the sample separately. |
