The implantation therapy technology in medical clinic is to implant a metal-sealed micro-radioactive seed source into the human effected tissues for the purpose of close irradiation to treat the lesions.The medical instrument used in this process is called "radioactive seed source human implantation device".On one hand this treatment method and equipment is still in the early stage of development,the relevant research work both at home and abroad is still growing.On the other hand,there are some problems and deficiencies in the relevant equipment which need to be improved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and engineering practical value to carry out the research and development of radioactive seed source human implantation devices and related auxiliary equipment as soon as possible.This thesis firstly reviews the reports,literatures and research results in related research fields at home and abroad,Also it summarizes the existing problems of radioactive seed source human implantation devices and related auxiliary equipment,such as the low efficiency of the seed source filling,the lack of radioactivity detection function,the insufficiency in safety protection measures of radioactive seed source.In view of its problems and shortcomings,this research has carried out relevant theoretical and technical research,comprehensively applied modern computer technology,radiation detection technology,and automation technology to put forward a solution to the problem of the research program,clarified the key technologies to be solved.Several aspects are highlighted in the following:In this thesis,a method of automatic sorting and loading of radioactive seed source by means of vibration feeding is put forward,and the sorting and loading accuracy of radioactive seed source are affected by several key factors such as working frequency,amplitude and mechanism affect,and a device for automatic loading of radioactive seed source is developed.The automatic detection system of radioactive seed source is studied.The principle of Geiger-miller tube was analyzed.A boost topology boost circuit for driving the Geiger tube was developed.The key component selection and parameters in the boost circuit were determined.The problem of missing radioactive seed source during automatic loading was solved.This paper also introduces in detail the SCM measurement and control system used in the automatic loading system of radioactive seed source.First,the general scheme and constitution of radiation intensity detection and automatic control of radioactive seed source are introduced.Second,the microcontroller minimum system,power supply module,power driver module,LCD communication module,radiation intensity detection signal acquisition module and peripheral circuit of microcontroller are presented respectively.Last,the software development process of the system was also introduced in detail in this research work.Finally,the paper introduces the experimental verification work.The influence of working frequency on amplitude and voltage on loading accuracy were obtained.The experimental results showed that the system worked best when the operating frequency is 80 Hz and the voltage is 105 V.The repeated experiments showed that the accuracy rate is 96.5%in 1000 times of filling seed.Compared with manual filling,the efficiency is increased by 15 times,and the filling accuracy is increased by 16.5%.At the end this research summarized the limitations and improvements in this relevant research filed. |
