With the rapid development of information technology and production technology,the production mode of enterprises has changed dramatically.The progress of information technology has prepared conditions for customers to participate in the whole process of product development.The large-scale use of flexible manufacturing technology and equipment has greatly shortened the preparation time of customized production process.The production batch of many parts is no longer the key constraint factor of cost,which makes it possible to produce customized products quickly and at low cost within the scope of equipment capacity.The mass customization production mode has been opened It began to change to mass personalized production mode.The establishment of product platform is the foundation of mass customization,and flexible product platform is the key technology to expand the derivative product capability of product platform.Under the mode of mass personalized production,the original flexibility limited to the adjustable structure of platform parts is further expanded,and the flexibility of technology and production equipment further expands the connotation of product platform flexibility.The design of mass personalized flexible product platform should take the future needs of customers as the design starting point and foothold,so that the platform has an effective ability to respond to future personalized needs of customers;the design process should consider the internal stability of the flexible platform when its own flexibility changes;the determination of platform flexible bandwidth should consider the flexibility of shared process and production equipment.According to the design requirements of mass personalization for flexible product platform,this paper studies the demand analysis method,flexible module determination method and flexible bandwidth determination principle for the design of flexible platform.The main work is as follows:(1)To analyze the future needs of customers in mass personalization so as to acquire flexible candidates for flexible platform.The analysis of future personalized needs of customers is the primary task of design work.Based on the theory and methods of demand engineering and fuzzy Kano model,it completes the acquisition,optimization and classification of future personalized needs of customers under the mass personalized mode.Then,according to the future personalized needs of customers,it uses the mapping relationship between demand function module to obtain the candidate flexibility of flexible product platform Modular.(2)Determine the flexible module and flexible bandwidth of the mass personalized flexible product platform.Taking the candidate flexible module as the scope,the primary flexible module of the flexible platform is acquired by using the methods of functional decomposition,simulation assembly and the multi-dimensional constraint relationship between product parts;based on DSM and technology conflict resolution theory,the coupling degree analysis and decoupling of the primary flexible module are completed to obtain the flexible module with both flexibility and independence;and then based on the future needs of customers The flexible bandwidth of the flexible module is determined by the factors such as production flexibility and cost.(3)The flexible product platform of multifunctional nursing bed was designed by the above methods.Through questionnaire survey and other methods to obtain user needs,use the fuzzy Kano model to complete the classification of demand types,and through DSM and technology conflict resolution theory to determine the flexible module,finally through the analysis of enterprise flexible production capacity and other aspects to determine the flexible module and bandwidth of multi-functional nursing bed.
