Aging population is one of the biggest social problems that China and the world are facing with.While respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases are also common diseases in the elderly people,especially apnea syndrome.Major diseases of modern people are often related to the apnea syndrome during sleep.According to the causes of apnea syndrome,a reasonable change in sleeping position can effectively stop snoring.Therefore,this subject has designed a multi-functional airbag nursing mattress aiming at the above problems,which has the function of monitoring the respiratory state during sleep and performing posture adjustment to achieve the function of stop snoring.It also can improve the comfort of the nursing bed to a certain extent through pressure equalization and improve the patient's blood circulation though an increased massage function.The main content of this paper is as follows.Firstly,according to the design requirements and design objective of multi-functional airbag care mattresses,combined with ergonomics,the design plan for multi-functional airbag care mattresses was determined,including the structure and size of air bags(the stressed parts of care mattresses),the overall layout of the nursing mattress,as well as its driving and control methods.Secondly,the air bags is the basis for the realization of each function of the care mattress.In order to improve the comfort of the care mattress,the air amount of the air bags needs to be reasonably controlled,so the study of mathematical relationship between the external load of the air bags,the height of inflation air bags and the internal pressure is an important part of this paper.Therefore,the air bags were statically analyzed by finite element software Hypermesh and Abaqus.The determination of the airbag material constitutive model will determining the accuracy of the airbag simulation.So the material needs to be tested and compared with the test data of the evaluation module of the Abaqus constitutive model to determine the constitutive model of the material.Then,static analysis was performed on the air bags.Two methods were proposed,namely,the method of equivalent uniform pressure and the method of fluid-solid coupling.Meanwhile,the experimental data of the mechanical compression test of a single air bag were compared with the data of the two methods.And it can be concluded that the analysis method of fluid-solid coupling is more accurately in analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the air bags.Matlab was used to process the analysis data of the internal pressure,external load and height of the air bags.At last,the relationship was determined.Finally,a nursing mattress system was developed according to the plan,apply the degree of comfort,the height of the air bags required to turn the body over,the range of pressure at each site,and the mathematical relationship of the mechanical analysis of the air bags to the programming,testing this nursing mattress with the combination of the detecting function of a flexible pressure-sensitive mattress.It can be shown that the program can effectively achieve the desired function,and it also verify the correctness of the static analysis on air bags.
