The vehicle passing information could be obtained through the road traffic monitoring system,which is of great significance to traffic management.At present,many cities in China have built road traffic monitoring systems.With the expansion and development of cities,road traffic monitoring and controlling systems still need to be built,expanded and optimized.In the past,when planning and designing the location of road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment,there was a lack of specific and uniform selection criteria and evaluation indicators.Therefore,under the constraints of funds,it is of great practical significance to propose a method for optimizing the layout of road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment for multiple influencing factors under realistic conditions.The bayonet camera is taken as an example to study and propose a method for optimizing the layout of road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment,which could look for the optimal layout plan within the constraints of construction funds by comprehensively considering the importance of alternative points on the road network structure,traffic volume,traffic accidents and traffic violations,and whether they neighboring the important places,.Firstly,according to the type of position to be monitored,the principle of road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment layout is proposed,and the selection range of alternative points is given.Secondly,the specific steps of optimizing road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment layout are proposed: constructing a weighted road network or an unauthorized road network according to the completeness of the data using alternative points as nodes.Then calculating the importance of alternative points using the node contraction method.Taking the influence factors of candidate points as the goal,a constrained multi-objective optimization model is constructed,whose Pareto optimal solution is solved by Multi-objective simulated annealing using Pareto-domination-based acceptance criterion(PDMOSA).Finally,indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment deployment scheme are proposed,including mileage and traffic coverage,key node coverage,signal control intersection matching rate,and traffic flow detection matching rate.Wujiang District of Suzhou City is taken as an example to calculate and verify the research conclusions.The results show that the research can be used to guide the optimization of road traffic monitoring and controlling equipment layout. |
