| Since the 20th century,digital technology has been developing vigorously.In architectural design,through digital technology,architects endow buildings with flowing,soft and multi-faceted architectural temperament,making the nonlinear plastic art gradually become the mainstream.Digital modeling software enables designers to depict designs in the form of three-dimensional models,while modern industrial conditions turn ideal models into reality.However,from the designer’s nonlinear surface modeling to the actual construction has not formed a clear design processing and construction of the mature chain,although the development of CNC construction for this chain provides a train of thought and direction,but the implementation of the ideal surface into the actual construction is still to be explored.This study takes sheet metal as an example and focuses on two aspects.One is trying to study from the perspective of digital surface expansion algorithm,associated with computer graphics technology,an algorithm for NURBS surface and triangular mesh surface,the concrete research of triangular mesh directly deployment and ruled surface fitting of two kinds of way,the division of surface reconstruction,and at the same time,optimization algorithm research,the surface grid of complex.Second,it tries to explore the machining and construction methods under the design,studies the subsequent numerical control construction methods from the perspectives of cutting and bending of metal plates,and carries out certain experiments on the feasibility of the algorithm.In this study,through Java programming,the imported architectural design surface model is designed to generate the segmentation,expansion results and corresponding processing drawings of the surface after meeting the construction requirements and certain parameter adjustment. |
