| With the change of the main contradictions in our society,the improvement of people’s living standards,the automobile consumer market is becoming more and more mature,people’s requirements for automobile appearance and vehicle performance are getting higher and higher,and high-quality automobile body surface can improve the core competitiveness of automobiles.In order to meet the design intent of the designer and ensure the quality requirements of the three-dimensional curved surface of the automobile,so as to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and processing,shorten the processing cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost,this paper proposes a method for improving the quality of the digital surface of the automobile body based on reverse engineering.The proposed method is studied in detail as follows:(1)High-quality vehicle body point cloud acquisition.According to the general design process of reverse engineering,combined with the practical experience of the project,high quality vehicle point cloud data is obtained.According to the general design process of reverse engineering,combined with the practical experience of the project,high quality vehicle body point cloud data is obtained.By analyzing the curve and surface theory in Alias,the function and basic principle of Alias Studio reverse engineering software are researched and theoretically realized.(2)Analysis of the perceptual factors of high quality digital surfaces.Taking specific line and surface as an example,the Alias software is used to analyze the sensory perception of the line in the car,and the relationship between the ”acceleration” and the tension of the line and the relationship between the ”acceleration” and the fullness of the surface is obtained.From the perspective of the digital model,the car is used.The body surface is deconstructed,the surface type is re-divided,and the relationship between different types of surfaces and surface light and shadow expression is studied.(3)Research on rational factors of high quality digital surface.Taking the automobile body wheel package as an example,based on “PC+S”,in order to balance the fit,smoothness and use time of the wheel package surface in the reverse process,different facets,different surface orders and different The surface digital model of the mixing factor,comprehensive analysis of its fit,smoothness and use time,proposes the optimal range of different rational factors to achieve high quality automotive body surface.(4)Practical application of reverse design of automobile body.On the Alias platform,the reverse design of the Audi A4 L car body point cloud was carried out to realize the digitalreconstruction of the vehicle body surface.The application and experimental test of the method for improving the quality of digital surface of automobile body based on reverse engineering proposed in this paper are summarized and summarized. |
