With the continuous development of science and technology, nuclear medicine has more and more advantages in medical diagnosis and treatment, and its application is more and more extensive. The frequency of radionuclide application in the medical field is also higher and higher. Therefore, radiation protection has become an indispensable part in the process of nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment.Nuclide treatment and auxiliary diagnosis in nuclear medicine not only bring good diagnosis and treatment effect to people, but also produce strong radiation harm to human body. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the external radiation protection of radionuclide imaging and treatment related personnel in nuclear medicine. In this paper,a number of nuclide imaging and treatment related personnel in a hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects,By using the INSPECTOR ALERT portable multifunctional ray detector and SD66ON-3 online radiation alarm, the radiation levels of the subjects injected with radioactive agents at different times and at different distances were further studied,so as to determine the safe distance of the staff,At the same time,Mountford method was used to estimate the effective dose to the public after the patients left the Department.By using the empirical formula of gamma ray estimation and equivalent shielding formula, the gamma ray protection situation and the annual exposure dose of the staff in the nuclear medicine department were evaluated, and the X-ray protection situation of the Department was evaluated by the control method,At the same time, the portable multi-functional ray detector was used to measure the radiation protection situation of the Department and monitor the annual effective absorbed dose of the staff, and the measured value and predicted value of the two groups were compared.Through the combination of daily investigation and data analysis,we can find the possible problems, improve the internal safety standards of the Department, protect the health of the staff, and let the public have a deeper understanding of radionuclides. After a comprehensive analysis of all the data,it can be seen that the radiation level of the patient’s whole body is very high 5 minutes after the injection of radionuclides, and the radiation level of the second measurement after a period of time has declined.By the time of imaging, the radiation level of the patient’s body has been lower. At the same time, the radiation level of the patient’s whole body is lower when the applicator leaves the Department, which has no impact on the public; The results show that the radiation protection effect of nuclear medicine department is good as a whole, and the predicted value of radiation protection effect is basically consistent with the measured value. The annual absorbed dose of nuclear medicine department staff is less than the national standard upper limit absorbed dose of 1msv,and the annual effective absorbed dose of radiographer and injection nurse is higher than that of doctor, which is consistent with the predicted result; It is estimated that the cumulative effective dose of radionuclide imaging patients discharged from the Department of nuclear medicine to different groups of people is far lower than the public annual cumulative dose limit of 1msv set by relevant national standards. |
