| The insulation defects of power equipment will produce partial discharge,and then corrode the insulation materials.If not handled in time,the insulation materials will be broken down,resulting in power accidents.Effective maintenance methods can ensure the stable operation of power system.As a traditional maintenance method,regular inspection takes a long time,which is not conducive to the stable operation of power grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the real-time online monitoring system to improve the maintenance efficiency.At present,ADC is widely used in online monitoring system for data acquisition and analysis,and there is still a lot of room for improvement in data volume,structure,cost and real-time performance.Based on the power frequency repeatability of PD UHF signal,a monitoring system is designed to obtain the basic information of PD through the sensor unit.The system adopts the architecture of hardware sensor unit and monitoring host,including hardware modules such as filtering,amplification,detection,MCU,DAC,wireless transceiver,MCU and monitoring host software.The partial discharge amplitude data is obtained by means of successive comparison of hardware control program;The discharge phase data is obtained indirectly by comparing the high-level time of the comparison circuit with the power frequency period;In the monitoring host software,the data of the number of discharges are obtained statistically,and the three-dimensional maps of the phase,number and amplitude of partial discharge and the two-dimensional maps of the phase and number of partial discharge are drawn.The results show that: the system has the advantages of small amount of data,simple structure,low hardware cost and simple software operation,which can greatly reduce the pressure of the network and the performance requirements of the monitoring host,and can transmit partial discharge data in real time to monitor the equipment in real time.The data volume of ADC acquisition system is generally in the million level,and the data volume of the monitoring system to obtain complete discharge information is greatly reduced,so it can be predicted that the system has high application value in the power Internet of things and related fields. |
