The voltage levels of high voltage electric equipments are lower than the one of the practical working in the preventive and nondestructive experiment tests. The on-line insulation monitoring of the high voltage electric equipments is a very important measure which can ensure electricity production and transmission safely, detect the accident, reduce the power outage and equipments'maintenance, and improve the reliability.The precision and the reliability are the important criterions of the high voltage electric equipments This thesis bases on the compose of the high voltage electric equipment hardware to depict particularly the principle of the sensor, small circuit board and logical circuit board, and solve the preventing-disturb problems. Before the working of the equipments, the simulated voltage increases the maximal value to determine the overturning-voltage value of the CD4098 from the zero. In this measure, we can change the traditional way that we use the fixed voltage value to improve the precision ultimately; the thesis selects LOC110 component which is a linear optocoupler. It can not only insulate the AC or numeric signal, but also insulate directed signal. Consequently, it breakthroughs the localization that some comments can't insulate the directed signal. Additively, its linear resolution is 12 values. These virtues guarantee enough the equipment's precision; because the thesis uses the low power MSP430F449 singlechip, it can work for the long time. In the course of the communication, we must prevent the mistake data in the transmission around the electromagnetic circumstance. We choose the optical fiber as the transmission medium. The optical fiber can ensure the precision of the transmission data, but also prolong the transmission distance.By the signal of the simulating equipments in the laboratory, we prove adequately that the equipment is more accurate and credible than the ones in the past. Further, it breakthroughs the localization that the equipments can't transmit signal in the long distance.
