| Carbon dioxide is the main greenhouse gas emissions cause global climate change, increasingly affecting human survival and development. As an important source of greenhouse gases, the construction industry has developed rapidly under the dual background of economic globalization and environmental issues globalization, and low-carbon housing has naturally become the mainstream trend of the development of the construction industry.Aiming at reducing the carbon emission of residential buildings and combining with the characteristics of carbon emission measurement process and the design key points of high-rise residential buildings, this paper studies the optimization strategy based on the measurement process of building carbon emission in the design stage of a high-rise residential building.Firstly, this paper comprehensively analyzes the low-carbon design requirements of high-rise residential buildings, discusses the formation of low-carbon buildings, and defines the low-carbon goals of buildings.Secondly,in order to measure whether the change of factors in the design stage can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of buildings, the composition of carbon emissions of high-rise residential buildings is analyzed, which is divided into five categories, including building materials, water resource consumption, fuel consumption, power consumption and transport emissions. On this basis, the paper defines the calculation boundary of high-rise residential buildings, and uses coefficient methods to calculate the carbon emission in the whole life cycle of the building, and divides the life stage of the building into four stages, including design, construction, operation and demolition. Then, the author conducts a detailed analysis of the carbon emission calculation process of buildings, constructs a data list, uses Designer’s Simulation Toolkits to optimize the calculation of energy consumption in the carbon emission operation stage, discusses the correlation between calculation and design, and proposes key design factors that can reduce the carbon emission of high-rise residential buildings. Finally, based on the calculation of carbon emissions from an example, the paper proposes an optimization strategy to reduce the carbon emissions of a high-rise residential building design, including window and wall ratio adjustment strategy, building height adjustment strategy, building wall material thickness adjustment strategy, and improving the rainwater utilization system strategy. This paper analyzes the carbon emission composition of high-rise residential buildings through theoretical research on architectural design, low carbon and calculation. The author combined the data features involved in the calculation process with the coefficient method, and used De ST to more reasonably quantify the carbon emissions of buildings.According to the classification and calculation of carbon sources in the whole life cycle of buildings, and corresponding to the related architectural design factors, this paper points out the optimization strategy in the design stage, which provides the theoretical basis and practical data for the control of lowcarbon construction in the design stage. So in this paper, case studies and carbon emissions estimates in hot summer and cold winter region has reference meaning to other cities housing,high-rise residential so this article for case studies and carbon emissions estimates in hot summer and cold winter region has reference meaning to other cities housing, the design of a high-rise residential building for carbon reduction technology optimization has the practical significance. |
