In the 21st century,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the urbanization construction has promoted the development of the real estate industry,which in turn has driven the prosperity of the construction and decoration industry.Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",China’s economy has undergone periodic structural adjustments,economic growth has begun to slow down,coupled with the country’s macro-control policies on real estate,the development of the construction industry has slowed down.Due to the low barriers to entry of the curtain wall industry,most small and medium-sized curtain wall companies lack enterprise development strategy planning.Companies rely mainly on low-price competition strategies,coupled with rising raw material and human resource costs,companies cannot obtain reasonable operating profits to support their normal operation.Business survival is facing severe challenges.In 2016,China fully implemented the two-child policy.China’s population will continue to grow,and the demographic dividend is still the main driving force for the sustainable and stable development of the construction industry.National strategic plans such as the “Belt and Road”,the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,and “prefabricated buildings” have also brought new development opportunities to the industry.How to choose the correct development strategy to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise has become an urgent problem to be solved by curtain wall enterprises.This article takes CRCC as the research object,first analyzes the macro environment and competitive landscape,and then analyzes the internal environment of the company.It is proposed that the core of CRCC’s positioning strategy is to continue to implement the focus strategy with curtain wall as the main business and maintain its technological leading competitive advantage.At the same time,it proposed a strategy-focused implementation approach;in terms of development strategy,it adopted a growth strategy for market development,and proposed to use CRCC’s own advantages to deepen the CRL company’s market while simultaneously developing commercial real estate markets dominated by Hong Kong-funded and central enterprises,achieve both internal and external repairs,and a twowheel drive market development strategy to help CRCC companies achieve growth in operating income.
