In recent years,China’s foreign contracting business has demonstrated vigorous developed and the construction sector is becoming more and more important to support economic development, benefiting in full implementation of the "One Belt,One Road" new war and rapid development of the new economy,The 14 th Five-Year Plan” proposed to expand with the goal of infrastructure construction and accelerate the improvement of public transport infrastructure construction.Bridges are an important part of the traffic engineering infrastructure,so their size and number are on the rise.it has become the bridge projects are seriously affected by many uncertain risk factors during construction, such as long construction periods, large scale, large spans, complex forces, large funding needs, high construction difficulties, and high quality requirements. At the same time, the rapid development of economy and technology will increase the number of vehicles and the number of heavy vehicles. This not only significantly increases the additional risk of the bridge, but also provides higher quality and support,In addition to the increase in risk value at the bidding stage, the increase in cost risk value at the late stage of construction. Therefore, this paper proposes a BIM-based bridge engineering bidding risk research, and is committed to helping bidding companies improve the bid winning rate and corporate profitability of bridge engineering projects. The main research contents are as follows:(1)the bidding theory, risk theory, and the theory of the improved AHP-entropy method are outlined, and the risk sources for bidding risks inside and outside the project are first identified using meta-analysis and SWOT analysis, and then carried out.(2)It analyzes the risk sources initially identified through the survey, analyzes the reliability of the data based on the survey results using SPSS software, and establishes a bidding risk assessment index system, and divides the risk index into four.level risk indicators and 16 risk secondary indicators.(3)it combines an entropy method for determining the objective weighting of risk factors with an improved "three-scale" analytic hierarchy process for determining the subjective weighting of risk factors, while at the same time a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The concept of is as follows: Introduced to build a bid risk assessment model to overcome the overly subjective and unilateral problems of traditional risk assessment methods,it makes the risk assessment model more scientific and reasonable.(4)based on the results of the risk assessment,BIM’s tender risk management system was proposed,a and various aspects were analyzed from the perspective of technical quantitative review through information integration, visualization and modeling of BIM’s technical characteristics, commercial bidding and technical bidding.Analyze and control risk factors in order to achieve the goal of preventing risks, reducing construction costs and increasing profitability.(5)Taking a bridge construction bid section of a highway as an example,by identifying, analyzing and evaluating the risks of this bid section, based on the evaluation results of risk indicators at all levels, rationalized countermeasures and measures are given with the help of a risk management system based on BIM technology. The proposal not only verified the feasibility and applicability of the risk evaluation model and risk management system, but also provided new ideas for risk research in the bidding stage.
