The temperature field of the clutch pressure plate is always an important part of the clutch research.After obtaining the temperature field of the clutch pressure plate,the corresponding deformation field can be solved,which provides the basis for the discussion of the causes of the failure of the clutch under the bad working conditions,and provides the basis for the proposal of the optimization scheme of the structure of the clutch pressure plate.At present,most of the research on the temperature field of clutch pressure plate is based on the practical experience.The temperature field of pressure plate is obtained by loading a certain heat flow density.In the selection of working conditions,most of them are limited to the clutch sliding at the initial stage.Generally,the temperature of pressure plate will not exceed 200 ℃.However,there are many differences between the experimental condition and the actual bad condition through the joint sliding wear test on the common test bench.According to the actual bad working conditions of clutch,this paper establishes the test-bed method of clutch engagement performance under the conditions of high temperature(200-350 degrees)and high energy(170-270kj)for several times(50-150 times)continuously,and sets up the test-bed of clutch engagement performance.Through the test bench,the pressure plate temperature measurement experiment under the continuous joint separation was carried out.By using the finite element method,the 3D reconstruction of the pressure plate temperature field is carried out.Based on the analysis of experimental data and temperature field inversion data,it is found that the maximum temperature is transferred from the outer diameter to the inner diameter.Moreover,the larger the sliding and grinding work is,the faster the pressure plate will enter into the inner diameter,and the irreversible internal convex thermal deformation will occur after many tests,making the highest temperature of the first joint appear in the inner diameter.Through the simulation of the deformation field,it is concluded that the reason of this phenomenon is the internal convex deformation of the clutch.Based on the CFD numerical simulation method,the transient temperature field of clutch pressure plate and the velocity field in the air region are analyzed.The conclusion of the paper provides the bench test method and numerical analysis method for the analysis of temperature field and thermal deformation field of clutch under severe working conditions,and provides certain theoretical basis for the structural design of clutch.
